“Ever since I moved here, the man behind the counter has been an amazing person. Within two weeks. He knew my name, and said good morning to me every single time he saw me. I’ve never had an unhappy experience at the post office. Although the post office system has made it difficult for me to forward my mail and to get everything, I do not hold those employees responsible, for the lack of intelligence regarding the Postal Service. If you can tell me one government agency that runs right, then, maybe just maybe will you be able to blame is excellent employees who show up to work there to deal with the unhappy people every day. Let’s all try being grateful and thankful for all the hard work that I know they do. Of course you can agree with me. You can disagree with me and that’s OK. This is my personal experience. Always helpful always friendly and always kind. Maybe if we treated them that way as well we might get treated a little better ourselves. The people behind the counter are not responsible for all of the things that do not go right within the Postal Service. Have a great day guys and don’t forget to be grateful thankful and mindful because all people deserve respect.”
“This place used to be great, I have lived here for around 15 years and the workers used to be so sweet and caring and would make sure everything got delivered on time. Over the last couple years they have been very sloppy with deliveries but are improving from what I see. The staff also isn’t the best but I don’t go inside the building much now so I can’t really speak about how they are at this point in time. They also used to be very sweet to my kids and would give them candies every time we came but now some of these workers seem annoyed just to have one in the building. The lady that does the deliveries for my area is amazing though and gets everything correct even though there can be some dress confusion with my address. Overall, I think they are improving but I wish they were better and like they were when I had moved in so that’s why I’m giving a higher review.”
“I don't know why people are complaining. The post office is Nice Clean. Friendly staff Super fast service. Bring in my package. Pay for it & I'm in and out Fast ??”
“I travelled to the area today and needed to buy stamps. I observed the post mistress interact with a woman who had a problem in such a kind, caring way. In this challenging world, she made this woman's day better. My interaction was efficient and easy. I did, however, drop something on my way out that she later found. She would store it safely til I returned. Wow! What more could you ask? Efficiency, kindness, and rescues!”
“Great Post Office. I get a ton of packages all year long and Stacy, the “Postmistress”, is always helpful whether I’m sending or receiving. Always good service.”
“Excellent service! Mr. Hilton helped my wittle package get redelivered and he reads emails! He has left me voicemails too! So sweet! Excellent! Wowee! ? Other post offices never leave me a message or read my emails… I couldn’t call Sir Hilton back because I suffer from a speech impediment. ? Thank you Mr. Hilton! ? ?”
“How does this place have so many one-star reviews? The people here are super nice and try to be as helpful as possible. Sure the USPS is wildly inefficient, but these people do their best to help in the face of those omnipresent headwinds.”
“The people working in this station are always excellent. Sometimes things take time, but they are very good at maintaining calm and being friendly. The location is always clean and bright. They open on time and I've never seen random closures like I've seen at other stations.I'm pretty happy overall with what they are doing.”
“I don’t know what these poor reviews are talking about! Every experience I have at the post office is great and the staff is extremely helpful. I am frequently mailing out and receiving packages and each time it is a lovely experience.”
“I can`t say enough great things about this Post office, from the courteous and professional conduct to the considerate and knowledgeable actions given to the customers. Should be an example to all other Postal Offices!”
