They will hold your elderly family's money hostage and pretend they cannot figure out how to allow them to access it. My mother recently moved in with us, can finally buy herself some nice things due to having no bills. She tried to buy herself a new bed for the first time in 20 years, they declined it due to irregular activity. Call the 1800 number. They say she can add some clothes and things and it will go through. Declined again. Call the branch, they lie it's the store, not them, then pretend they cannot approve her using her own money with her saying to them it's not a mistake, I am trying to buy the stuff. Try to make you call the 1800 number again or drive there.Then the lady gets panty bunched because this upsets people . Sorry that I struggle to respond to blatant incompetence with buttery tones.
