Great service as always. I will definitely recommend this dealership very highly. Always dependable and on time. Also offered free loaner car which I didn’t use because I decided to wait at their facility. Lastly, When and if I need a new vehicle I will purchase it from Piazza Mazda!

If you’re looking for a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff to help you find your next Mazda, Piazza Mazda is the BEST dealership by far to do that. I knew exactly what I was looking for and was willing to drive 1.5 hrs to get it. They made the 2 trips worth it, to say the least.
From Kalysta Bonenfant’s friendly greeting outside upon my first appointment, I could tell then they already outclassed 3 other Mazda dealerships I’d visited over the years. She was expedient in having 2 vehicles pulled right up to the entrance for me to test drive to illustrate the differences in 2 trim levels that best supported my wants. She was also very knowledgeable in the vehicle’s capabilities, tech options, safety features and was able to answer any questions I had. She’s lovely and was the best sales consultant I could have asked for. She also arranged for a 2024 loaner for me to drive home in to have during transit wait time period-ready to go right near the Mazda I drove in with. Again, they took care of my needs in a way that exceeded my expectations.
General Manager Robert Douglass was also a pleasure to work with. He was instrumental in landing me the EXACT vehicle I wanted down to every last detail and accessory. He’s incredibly pleasant, friendly, sincere, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to track down a vehicle that has proven to be quite a unicorn, not in heavy rotation any many dealerships within PA, NJ and NY.
Finance Manager Jobin Grandstrom also offered a great experience. His previous experience on the parts/mechanical side of things proved to be an asset, as he can a help client make very well informed decisions on warranty selections, etc. Like the others, he was well versed and made the finance/business side of things run smoothly.
As a Mazda enthusiast for 16 years now, I’m hoping this same team will be there for my next one. I will not hesitate to revisit this dealership and am really glad I found them. Admittedly, I can be very picky and love all the little details that make a vehicle what it is so I’ll absolutely shout out this team in a heartbeat. I absolutely love my new CX-50!

I worked with Olivia to purchase a Mazda CX-5 and she was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! She was patient, transparent and so easy to work with, especially after some less than pleasant experiences with other dealerships.
I neglected to bring my change of address card with my license at pick up and I was frustrated. However Josh and Olivia handled the situation with professionalism and I was very thankful with how they tried to work with me to get it resolved.
** I very much recommend Olivia and the team at Reading. Josh was great and honest as well. Thank you for all of your support in the STRESSFUL car buying process!!

Do not. I repeat NOT. Go here. Absolutely AWFUL experience. First day I went when I was told the key fobs I needed programmed would be there. I waited 45 minutes to be told they weren’t and I’d need to come back. Next day I waited an hour to be told the key fobs I was paying $900 for wouldn’t work to lock/ unlock my car. Only start it. I walked in with that ability. I ended up spending nearly $700 for something that doesn’t work and was not the agreed upon deal. Kicker- they charged me double for a keychain that they then wouldn’t give me my cash back for. THEN I saw the key fob itself that was supposed to be brand new was held together with tape and dirty/ scratched. Lastly I was told my car needed a $1,200 part that when I asked 2 mechanics about informed me that was absolutely untrue. They ripped me off BIG TIME. Thank goodness I said no to the part. I will NEVER do business there again. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

From the first phone call to the final handshake my experience was top notch. Cannot recommend this dealership highly enough. Clearly the manager Rob cares about his employees and customers. Liv is excellent with product knowledge. Jobin handled the cumbersome paperwork efficiently. I am now looking for reasons to drive my gorgeous new Mazda CX-90!

Requested a price quote on a Mazda CX-50 listed on cars com and their website. Cassie told me it was sold. I kept requesting a price quote on a similarly equipped CX-50 from Cassie for 3 straight days with no price quote provided. She sent me an email stating she would let her manager know Still, nobody provided a price quote. Terrible customer service.

After doing a great deal of research, we finally decided on the CX-5, Carbon Edition. Rob, Olivia and Josh were wonderful to work with. They were willing to stay after closing to work with us. We test drove several models and Olivia was so patient and easy going. Rob and Josh were also very personable in helping us with the deal and afterwards. We would highly recommend these folks and this dealership. They were respectful, personable, knowledgeable and professional. We are extremely pleased with our purchase. Zoom zoom! ?

I would not even give this place a 1 star but a 0 was not available. I purchased a new car here in December. With in 400 miles engine light came on. I took it in for the same issue 4 times and not fixed. They have now had my vehicle since April , 3 months and have done nothing since then to repair it. I keep getting put into a rental car. I had to get an attorney to help me since they can't or will not fix this car. I now am going to be going to court since this cooperation puts money before clients and refuse to fix, return my money or give me a different car.
I am making payments on a lemon. Save your money and do not buy a Mazda. If you want to see my car drive on by and wave its blue and probably covered in dirt from sitting on the lot so long.

Mazda of Reading is the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I first went to a Mazda dealership near my home, but when I realized they were not being honest, I took my business elsewhere. We purchased our car from Olivia, who was very professional and honest. Without hesitation I would purchase another car from this company.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful, our salesperson was so knowledgeable it was a nice change from other dealers that never have a direct answer, or you can tell they are winging it. They genuinely seemed to care that we were satisfied with our experience and vehicle.
