The customer service is awesome, everyone is very helpful and friendly, they always go above and beyond to find the parts that I need for my car. They are so good even Auto Zone on 6th and Oley send their customers there. Definitely recommend

I ordered a part online and received an email stating that the order was ready for pickup. I drove about 40 minutes to go and pick the part up and when I got there I was told that it was a computer error and the part was not available yet. I found this incredibly frustrating as it wasted about 2 hours of my time and chose instead to cancel the order as they said they were unable to mail it to my house.

Terrible customer service! Dirty entrance, rude counter employees. Ordered a part on line for pick up because it showed in stock at the store but when we got there the part was supposed to get there at 11 am and they would give me a call when the part was available. They didn't call, I called at 1:30 and it was there but nobody called me to let me know. Never again, I'll order on Amazon.
