Horrible experience-Disrespectful staff-stay away!Today, I went to this bank to open an account with my husband and some lady asked me to handle her my phone to check the details of a $250 bonus that I asked about. When she gave the my phone back, I took a napkin and cleaned my phone with sanitizer. She was so rude to say “I’m not sick” with the worst attitude.First of all, I wasn’t trying to offend her by cleaning MY phone with the sanitizer THEY made available. Furthermore, how would I know is she is sick or not? No one walks around with a sign on their forehead stating their COVID-19 diagnosis. Also, if the sanitizer is on display on the desk is for people to use it. My thing is why did she get offended because I desinfected my phone? and, If she did get offended, why would she had the nerve to make that comment like people are not to use the sanitizer because if they do, she feels attacked? It was so disrespectful. Also, we were wearing normal everyday-clothes and she treat us like we did not belong in there. She has the smallest mind in the planet, she assumed we had no money but when she saw we weren’t opening the account with the minimal amount she was surprised. I was like wow this female is so ignorant. She wasn’t dressed any better than us and to go open a bank account people don’t need to wear suits. I wasn’t scheduled with her but Loida was busy.I don’t recommend anyone going to this place. Either find a different branch or avoid this bank completely.

Worst bank ever ! Put your money under your mattress before you ever open an account. Horrible customer service. There is absolutely no reason to use this bank.

If you want to avoid any hassle do not go to this bank I just moved to the area and I was turned down by this bank to cash my employer check made out through this bank because of an address conflict. After the representative wrote on my check d/t a verification process no other place would cash my check because it was destroyed by this branches verification codes placed on the back of the check. After being turned down by 2 other banks to cash my check because of this writing I finally tried another M&T bank local to the area they verified with my employer via telephone and cashed my check without a problem. The manager Diane was rude and unprofessional, eight days later I still have not heard from a supervisor after giving my phone number and being told I would receive a call. Word of advice to this branch specifically do not destroy customers pay checks without verifying that you can actually cash it yourselves!

It's just a bank. What else can I say. They aren't what they used to be. Not too many left these days. Soon there will be only one bank. I just don't trust them anymore.
