At first I was going to give the store a 3 star because none of the employees knew where basic hardware was, but then I met Ryan and he was very helpful. He helped me cut down my 4 x 8 easily. He was also decent at carrying a conversation during my time waiting for the boards to get cut. My recommendation is for the employees to get more familiar with their store and the products. Also, for them to practice deducing where items may be based on the isle’s contents.

We went here last weekend and had the best experience. I was trying to figure out which tree would be best. An associate by the name of Brendan was working, and was an arborist. He overheard our conversation and offered to help us. He answer all of our questions and pick the perfect tree. Thank you for your help

I visit this lowes all the time and occasionally the Morgantown branch. This lowes has (mostly) awesome employees. Diane and Pete are always friendly and extremely helpful. I hope Diane makes it back to work soon! Also, I just recently, I've had several great experiences with help from Denise. These people make stopping in there enjoyable.

Exeter store did a beautiful and very respectful job preparing the military veterans memorial display in the parking lot. I've never seen anything like it anywhere else. Great job folks!!

Dennis was extremely helpful! Helped me load a propane tank into my car safely, and stopped what he was doing when they were short staffed to go about and beyond for me as a customer and for his coworkers who were stressed and overwhelmed. Great service & great people!

I am giving a 5 star review because Emily who works sales In appliances is absolutely amazing! Not only did she work out an amazing deal on our washer and dryer set but she made the whole experience fun. We had a bunch of good laughs and she fully stopped my husband from his normal 6 stores to see if there is a better deal. If you need appliances go see Emily!
