Well organized and clean hardware superstore. All of the items and departments that you would normally expect are here. The parking lot has a curbside online order pickup area with several parking spots allocated to that. Handicap accessible parking spots. Contractor loading and specific parking areas as well as dedicated entrance exit for contractors. There are a set of lockers for online order pick up, as well. Double door entry with motion sensors. Very helpful for anyone in a wheelchair that needs access. Many functioning self checkout registers were available. Friendly and helpful staff. If you know what you need ahead of time, you can look up the items on their website or with their dedicated app. This can help you know exactly where to look for your specific items

Phone just rings and rings even when transferred to a dept by computer. Ie: large appliances, customer service. Purchased a large appliance and called with a question on another potential large purchase but obviously they don't want the business.

Customer service here is terrible. Sat around for over 20min today and pressed the assistance button for blind cutting several times. No one came to help. I then proceeded to ask the 3 people standing around in flooring for help. They called for an associate and that person never showed. The flooring people were no help after this and went back to talking. What a waste of time.

Lowe's appliance center is great. The sales people were very nice and helpful. We purchased a refrigerator and two days later a washer and dryer. The third party delivery is awful!!!! They dropped off the wrong fridge at our rental property and then came back with the correct one. Today they were to deliver w/d. They went to the wrong address and REFUSED to deliver to my house when their next delivery was only a couple of miles away. They then completed the run by 1130 am and took them back to Lowe's!!!! Refused to deliver-Now must take another day off of work for delivery tomorrow Third party vendors do not care about customer service because the customer always complains to the the seller!!
