5-stars, and that's only because I can't pick 6, 7, or more! Kristy has groomed my dogs Bailey (RIP) and Tucker since she opened her business and there is no one else I would ever trust to take care of my pups. She loves them like they're her own, and they always look terrific after a shampoo and grooming. They also smell wonderful too! Best Groomer in Berks, by far!!! (that's Tucker in the photo!)

Our cat has thick fur that gets matted very easily. He is not the nicest cat. Kristy always does a great job and he comes back looking fantastic. He does not seem stressed out mire than usual when he's done.

When I called to inquire about making an appointment, I was disappointed to find out that they were booked six months out. But Krysty could not have been any more helpful, providing several alternatives and even pricing options. This is customer service at its best! Even when you can’t take care of the customer yourself you refer them thoughtfully and carefully to someone who can serve their needs. It’s so good to know there are still people out there like that!

Kristy is so much more than a groomer! If it weren’t for her our Chance would still be suffering with horrible skin allergies. She suggested we eliminate chicken from his diet and within 12 days he is a new dog! Thousands at the vet, constant questioning the vet and all the shots she suggested and it was literally just his food. She cares about Chance, he loves her and I believe she loves him. What groomer text you to see how your dog is doing 1,2 and 3 weeks post appt. We are so lucky to have found her.

Brought my 21 year old cat there for grooming and he just loved Kristi! She was patient, kind, caring, most of all loving and tender, just like he was her old guy! I was super happy with her. I don't just trust my old guy with anyone. He didn't get to be 21 by letting anyone do whatever to him. There are some I wouldn't let touch him again but Kristi is #1 in my book. He even gave her kisses after she shaved him, so he approved.

She does an excellent job on our Yorkie! Wish we would have started to use her sooner. Her rates are also very reasonable! She even does cats!

Kristy cares for my dogs like they are her own! She is always on time and professional. Prices are great and service is impeccable! Even my little devil dogs loves her and allows her to groom him, trim his nails and all the works! My entire family uses her services for their pets. There is not another groomer I would recommend over her!

Kristy has been grooming Chloe since we had her (She is 16 now). She is the best Groomer in Berks County. Always takes care of Chloe and makes sure that she is in the best care. She will not do something that will hurt our pet. Very friendly, caring, and talented! Would not take her anywhere else!!

Kristy offers quality service at a good price and has the utmost care and love for our pets! She never misses a chance to connect, a few minutes of brief conversation to convey love and care for your pets, ask about your day, tell you about hers, and communicate her overall passion for what she does. Kristy has been grooming our dog “Elliebelly” as she calls her, for 7 years now. I travel from Delaware to Pennsylvania for her appointments. I can’t switch Ellie to another groomer closer, cause Kristi is the best and I know she loves her job and most of all, she loves the pets she does like her own. Her patients, love and care for her clients really shows in her work. She is awesome and I can only say great things about her!!

Kristy is great with all 4 of my fur babies! She never disappoints and will fit me in when needed for nail trims. She loves on animals as if they are her own!
