So it's been almost one month since this banks ATM robbed me of $65. Not only did I not get my $60, but but I got charged 3$ from them and $2 my bank, to get nothing! I waited days thinking they will refund automatically but no their making me file dispute and I'm told I have to wait till September 16th!! I have to wait 2 months to get my money!! Money that was taken from me by their messed up machine that didnt give me my money!!! This is the weirdest thing I ever seen! It's unheard of! How can anyone trust having money with a bank like this!?! If there ATM can rob you and you have receipt and they could of went to time and date of receipt showing how no money was given and look at camera because all atms have them, but no they don't bother!!! I would never trust a place like this! Dont bank here!!!

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The people who answer the phones are nasty and have an attitude. If you need help with anything FORGET IT all you will get is a migraine. And what’s with the roaches is the branch? Gross.

I have been with this bank since 2002. I've been to the bank 3 times to get online banking. I've been promised a confirmation email 3 times in a row. It has been 2 weeks and I still can't access my account information. I signed documents all three times. I need to do my taxes. This is not good.Unfortunately I lost my bank card today. I've tried and am still trying to report my card as lost so my account isn't cleaned out. I can't report the card stolen. The prompt says press 2 to report a stolen card. Then it says your call did not go through. I think its time to change banks. Frustrating! If my account is compromised and this proves I tried to report it lost. If money is stolen from my account, will they refund it.

I’ve been with this bank for years and I can say now that I hate it. Not only do they hit you with one overdraft fee they hit you with two. Overdraft fees are $39 each.

Closed Saturdays and Sundays. $5 fee for cashing checks even when the check is from their bank. Weird screens make it awkward to interact with the tellers and comes off as insulting to customers. Just generally a negative banking experience.
