Don't ever do business with this company. Shoddy workmanship, terrible customer service, and owners that don't care about the product they put out. You won't even be dealing with Egan, just sub contractors they hire and never check on. There are a lot better options for signs in Berks with companies that care! I gave them a year to make this right to us financially, and they instead threatened to send us to collections. Ruined our grand opening with a terrible looking sign and the only way they offered to fix it was to fix it themselves and I no longer want them on our property. I will never recommend them to anyone!
