  This company is complete garbage. Was lied to multiple times by NON AMERICAN customer service reps. Told me the billing issue was taken care of. Sent me to collections for 194 dollars. Screwed up my credit history.

  I am very dissapointed with my experience with Amerigas. They showed up to our office without telling us, filled our tank up and charged us $5.65 a gallon when propane is $3.33 in Northern VA. after many calls they negotiated and lowered their bill by 10 cents a gallon.   Terrible service, I spoke with a “supervisor” named Tim and he was rude, not helpful, and when I asked for his name his response was, “Ohh I can’t give you that information.” I said you can’t give me your name? And he responded with an attitude, “Tim.”
