THIS IS NOT GREAT! I GOT prepaid service for wifi and it never worked!!! i gave it three weeks trying every three days - using the app REALLY TRYING TO GIVE IT THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT and restarting - I have spoken to SEVERAL agents who told me to wait because the wifi will come and walked me through steps - I waited one more week for a technician to come out NO ONE EVER DID!this SUCKS! i can't get in contact with anyone at the store every number I call are people OUTSIDE OF THE US customer support ITS JUST AWFUL - I don't doubt they're good in some things but MAN THEY MAKE IT SO HARD TO LEAVE A GOOD REVIEW.

Wow.....we came back 2 times trying to figure out new phones. They had no inventory and Joshua couldn't even upsale us....it was more expensive to get screen fixed so we went back to get phones. He didn't even offer to call kop to see if they had phone. He barely could answer phone questions.

My daughter and I were at your store yesterday inquiring about trading in our current device for an upgrade. Upon arriving at the store there was a women who was being very loud and rude to the Xfinity worker. I felt bad for the worker, however he remained very calm and handled the situation very professionally. He helped us after dealing with her and he was awesome. Unfortunately, I did not get the gentleman’s name but wanted to make note how professional he acted and handled the situation. Kudos!! to the workers at that store!

Mike at this store was awesome in helping us through a complicated upgrade process. He worked with us during and after his work hours, on vacation, etc which was totally above and beyond what we anticipated. Successfully upgraded our phones, mobile lines, and saved money through it all :)

Had Xfinity installed recently and removed just as soon! Internet was never running proper from time of install . Had them out 2 times in the 3 weeks that I had it and they tried to charge me $40 for the service calls for something that never worked from the start!!! Horrible . No one has time to sit on the phone with Xfinity every day , but if you feel as though you do then Xfinity is for you…

My first time there, very polite workers. As soon as we came in the door we were greeted and asked if they could help us. They were able to find our account information and give us our materials in a very quick manner. I recommend this place to others.

I wanted to give 0 stars. Made an appt and went to store to purchase a Google phone. Arrived on time and the 2 persons working there asked my name. I told them I was there to buy a certain phone. It seemed I was annoying the employees for being there and interrupting them from doing nothing. I was informed the phone was sold out. When I asked if they could check stock at other Xfinity stores was told it was sold out in stores and online. No effort to help me in the least. I could have been called to not come in for my appt because I added that info in appt. I had to drive 30 minutes each way for nothing. I went out to my car and called Xfinity and magically they had plenty to sell online. Xfinity should make more of an effort to hire qualified employees and teach them the basics of customer service. Never again will I visit this location and I suggest all reading this to do the same.

Went in to exchange a router and Mike was super helpful and very pleasant! We were in and out within 10 minutes and even had a chance to talk music, he was very personable!

I was able to easily replace my daughters iPhone when her old one quit working. Upgrading was simple and Joshua helped with patience and knowledge of the process that made it quick. The longest part was transferring data from one phone to the other. Thanks guys!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I left t-mobile to go to Xfinity on January 27th, they started the port-in process and as of today, February 17th 3 weeks later, it's STILL not ported over. We received a text from the store manager, Steff, saying they needed a new transfer pin so we sent it to her and she literally leaves us on read when we ask for an update. I call Xfinity to find out what's going on and keep getting told the same thing and that I'll be given a call back and no one ever calls me back. There is ZERO sense of urgency on their end to help resolve the issue and we just keep going in circles. I received a voicemail yesterday (February 16th) that I needed to update my transfer pin yet again and once that was done it would be activated in up to 3 hours, that voicemail was 24 hours ago and my phone THAT I'M PAYING FOR is still not activated. Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating and I have not a good thing to say about my experience AT ALL.

Though the staff are friendly, beware of the mobile phone plans unless you get unlimited data.XFinity does not provide paper bills. Logging into my account is a problem they have not been able to solve for me, so I cannot see bills and have pilled up data fees.XFinity only gives you a text warning that you are 50% data usage. I just got stuck on the hook for $75 in data fees. Managers do not waive these fees.

We were greeted kindly and were given a seat to wait for "supposed technician" to speak to us. It was a reasonable suggestion.What wasn't remotely reasonable were the options suggested by the technician. All I wanted is for the right Xffinity app on my TV so that I could watch the programs that were promised. I am a Diamond member without any perks. A simple login might be the answer instead of a house call charged to me.I think you folks better stick to selling your cell phones and hire English speaking people to guide long time patrons to a pleasant telephone experience.
