One of the worst customer service experiences ever and I walked out of the store with nothing but wasted time. It was absolutely painful. Someone that was apparently "trained for a month" had no idea what they were doing. Had no clue how to do anything or even knew the promotions. The experienced worker helped but not much at all. I left without a simple phone upgrade. I wasn't asking for much. After over an hour, the worker could barely ring up accessory items. I couldn't even imagine the process of getting the phone, getting it protected and then transferring data. That would have been a 3-hour process.

Not the place that deserves my business ever again. Can't wait for the contract to end. Been dealing with a nightmare with this store in particular since 2021. No one wants to correct the issue and no one wants to deal with the headache that they created, but I'm left trying to resolve it. BOGO promo that was offered and then not entered into the system correctly. Promised several times upon signing the contract that the BOGO promo was signed up. Have a paper showing the BOGO promo. Was told to wait 3 months before the promo would take into affect on my bill.Nothing ever changed. Worker didn't know how to correct. Management made false promises never following through with it and had a multitude of excuses every time I would follow up. I contacted another source I had info on, she didn't even bother. Followed up with the regional manager that was recently assigned to this location and still nothing resolved. Terrible service from the ground up. Nothing special about Verizon before and definitely nothing special about them now except promising deals that they don't offer just to take more money. If I could leave -0- stars, I would. No wonder their employees come and go. This company, this store is one big joke. ?

My wife and I upgraded our phones here 5 months ago. I have yet to receive our upgrade discount. I have been trying to get ahold of a manager for 2 months. I have called, went in person, and left my number. I need to get ahold of a manager asap. We are still paying like 60 extra dollars a month for our phones

Recently, I had to purchase new phones for my team and I needed to upgrade my office systems. There were numerous problems with several aspects of this upgrade. The team members at this Verizon location worked tirelessly to resolve every issue to our satisfaction. This took many hours over several days. Johnathon George and Matt Casey were exemplary in the service they provided. They did not give up, they overcame the Verizon corporate roadblocks, and they made sure everything worked at the end of the day. I recommend them and their service without reservation or hesitation. Upgraded phones for 2 of my kids the night before Christmas Eve and Matt and Dave were amazing. They went above and beyond. My son’s phone took a long time to transfer and Matt waited patiently until it was done. We had a great experience and will be returning there for all of our phone needs.

I have been trying to port my number to my new phone myself and it was a frustrating ordeal for me . The GM took care of me the second I walked in. He took care of the issue quickly and smoothly . Absolutely best experience at a mobile store I ever had.
