i come here pretty frequently, ive never had an issue with any of the employes until today when i came to exchange some pieces - i had the same parts for a few other peices i exchanged at the main KOP location with absolutely no problems this morning… - they were so rude and when i called another location that stated all stores have the same policy and i should be able to exchange my pieces they were very rude and basically said they werent going to do it. Now, I, a loyal customer, have to drive out of my way to another outlet location out of state to exchange these pieces bc the manager and emoloyee here, im assuming, just did not want to do the process for me. Ill be driving to NJ outlet when i want to buy from an outlet from here on out to say the least. I love swarovski but this was a terrible experience…..and its not the first time this locations experience has not been great for me…

Shopped here for the first time last week and everyone on the team was very welcoming and extremely helpful! Will definitely shop here again. Beautiful products and clean store. All around a wonderful experience!

Never going back. The manager there yelled at my kid and made her cry. If you don’t want the kid to touch the Disney crystals put them in a glass box, or atleast put a sign “DON’T TOUCH”. The lady there ran up to my kid yelling “NO DON’T TOUCH THAT!!!!”, chill out lady, my daughter’s mom was with her, and she didn’t even touch them; she was just looking. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Whoever she is, she shouldn’t be around customers, a very unaware person. Maybe put a sign saying “no kids allowed”.
This was after I had spent $200+ there, not like we were window shopping. Lost a customer.

This is now the second time I’ve gone to the store and they have not been open then when I called I asked the woman tells me she was there at 1 o’clock for an 11 o’clock opening to the one emergency which I do understand however this is not the first time number one. Never two I was across in the coach store talking to the people that work there wondering what was going on as they were wondering the same thing at 1:30

The entire store shut down for lunch before 2:10!! I called them and the person answering the phone said we shutdown for lunch for an hour and will not open till 3:30!!! You have been closed since 2:10! You must not need the business.

Many beautiful collections to choose from and Jazmin made the decision an easy process. Jazmin was hilarious, patient, and attentive. She didn't make you feel pressured to choose an item right away. She was so friendly, my friend and I felt like we knew her! My friend was a bit indecisive in what to get, so we came back after thinking and Jazmin was ready to help us again.PS: Jazmin, my friend's date loved the watch! Lol

I came in trying to find my ring size, and the staff was super helpful! Although they don’t do official sizing, the woman who helped me, (I don’t have a name, she wore black-framed glasses) was super helpful in trying to find the closest estimate. I will definitely return for future jewelry needs!
