Walked in at 515 on a Sunday and was helped by a gentleman named Hassan. He was quick and very friendly! He offered a lot of product knowledge and helped me upgrade my plan, purchase a new phone, and an insurance plan. Thank you so much for the help and the accommodation so late on a Sunday!! I could not be happier with the service I received. I needed to get a new phone because I had dropped mine and the camera wouldn't focus. Tess was honest, very pleasant, and kept me updated on progress as all my files and photos transferred. Thank you Tess! You are awesome!!!

Hassan did a great job helping me get out of my Verizon service, making sure all the paperwork was submitted. It's good to be back in T-Mobile where my phone actually has service in the area

Just came from a wonderful experience with Tess Harbaugh at the Pottstown store! I couldn't figure out how to add storage to my phone and my phone was becoming a nightmare to deal with! Tess greeted me on the phone and invited me to come in. When I arrived, she was personable, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. My phone was not straightforward, but she researched and came up with the solution to move stuff over. She made the settings so everything is easy and automatic going forward, a true godsend for a non techie like me! The experience was seamless and super easy thanks to her!

The guys working there have no clue what they are doing. 1 of them was unwilling to help an elderly man get Google assistant to work, told the man that his phone needs repair. The only one who is very good and helpful is the young woman who works there. Anyway t mobile is a terrible network anymore especially when the weather is bad.

Worst customer service ever!! And I thought AT&T was bad. Nothing but a bunch of scammers. You get told one thing and think you're making out good when you leave, and then your bill shows up in the mail with an outrageous jump in price. Oh, and by the way Dan "The Manager" is still there and was absolutely useless and of no help.

Awesome experience !!! Purchased phones at t mobile Costco and I had Edgar as my sales rep. He was fantastic. Edgar made me feel comfortable and made sure order was properly handled. I then went to the Pottstown store to get phones transferred from ATT and all set up . At the Pottstown store manager Juery was waiting for me when I arrived as Edgar was off and arranged for Juery to handle set up and porting over etc.. All 4 lines plus two watches were set up and ready for use in under 2 hours. Juery also did all the rebates and handled my trade ins etc. I was thrilled. It was the easiest phone purchase I have ever had. Thank you to Edgar , Juery and the rest of the t mobile Costco and Pottstown staff.

They are professional scammers. Bought a phone yesterday, the salesperson Gabriel told me that the iPhone 14 Pro final price is $1079 but while we checked out it turned out to be $1181 kudos for misleading your clients and good luck to future walk-ins

Unethical sales practices and outrageously bad customer service. Multiple people have mentioned in their reviews that the staff lie, and that was my experience as well. The nature of additional T-Mobile charges on a new iPhone were purposefully misrepresented as initially being taxes, and then, when the final number increased again at check-out, were described as various taxes/fees that would be charged at Apple as well. Salesperson Gabriel confirmed two times that the *only* financial difference between buying the phone from Apple and buying from T-Mobile was a $35 connection fee, when in fact the difference ended up being $123 - which I had to find out by calling Apple to confirm after I had already purchased the phone under false pretenses. When I called the T-Mobile store to confront them about the discrepancy, they insisted on explaining the reason behind the surcharges, which is irrelevant, and refused to address the fact that their sales strategy was to lie about the price difference. The issue was not that I misunderstood the charges, it was that the charges were falsely described, and I would not have purchased there if I had been told the truth about the pricing. They informed me that I could return it if I wanted to, but they would charge me a $70 restocking fee, and 'did I really want to spend the time and the gas to go back there to do that...' (!). The manager Dan was condescending and utterly unhelpful. Avoid at all costs.

The employees are knowledge not pushy and will do anything possible to make the process comfortable, plus they aren't hidden charges. I recommend the t mobile shoemaker near the Walmart in Pottstown

Omg! Where do i even begin! I am appalled by the entire experience! First we switch networks to T-Mobile with the assumption that it will be better service etc but even the onboarding has been hell!The staff are very courteous and seem helpful or willing to help but to what end???....still we are being overcharged...which is completely unacceptable! And oh apparently the phone i traded in and even paid part of my balance for isnt credited to my account!! Awhole mess! Total unprofessionalism....i have had to leave my new born to come to the store couple times already about this.can you live up to the hype and fix this problem...Im beyond disappointed! Good thing we didnt get that third line.
