The ford service department went above and beyond to help me especially the service department Manager Brenden! They helped fix my vehicle, communicated with me with every step, what my vehicle needed and how they're going to fix it etc. Very informative, professional, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend coming here to get your vehicle serviced! These guys are rock stars! and saved me from a stressful situation. They were able to pinpoint other issues that the other place didn't catch and fixed it before it had gotten worst. Couldn't be more thankful! If you need your vehicle serviced come to this place!

My experience last week at the Pottstown location was absolutely perfect! They honored my appointment time, answered all of my questions, explained everything throughly, and everyone was extremely pleasant and courageous! I worked directly with Jon Taylor and he made the service experience seamless. From my initial appointment, diagnostic, to the actual day of service when my vehicle was picked up from my home and dropped back off I knew I was I great hands. I experienced great communication and very welcoming behaviors with ever encounter. I whole experience was a pleasure, my car is riding as good as new, I will not take my car anywhere else for service!Thank you so much!

UPDATE TO MY FIRST REVIEW BELOW:THE REPLY FROM JOHN KENNEDY IS A LIE. I HAVE A LETTER THAT WE RECEIVED AT THE TIME OF SIGNING THE DOCUMENTS PROVING THAT THERE WAS PRICE PROTECTION AND NO ONE EVER STATED THAT THERE WAS NOT GOING TO BE OR WE WOULDN'T HAVE BOUGHT THE TRUCK. YOU LIED TO US BEFORE WE BOUGHT THE TRUCK. WE TOLD YOUR FINANCE PERSON WE WOULD WALK AWAY FROM THE TRUCK IF THE PRICE THAT WE ORDERED IT UNDER WOULD NOT BE HONORED WHICH IS WHY I GOT THE PAPERWORK I DID THAT YOU TYPED UP PROVING YOU ARE LIEING. I FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST YOU WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AND THEY HAVE THE LETTER YOU GAVE US THE DAY WE SIGNED THE PAPERWORK. WE KNEW WE COULDN'T TRUST YOU WHICH IS WHY WE ASKED FOR IT IN WRITING. AND THE BEST PART IS YOU HAVE NEVER TOLD US THIS EVER. WRITE US A CHECK THEN IF YOU SCREWED UP AND DIDN'T TELL US THIS. EVERY TIME WE HAVE BEEN IN THERE YOU HAVE SAID THAT YOU DIDN'T KNOW WHY WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. THIS IS SUCH A LIE.We ordered a new F350 King Ranch ($90K) from John Kennedy Ford in December of 2021. We received it in early January 2023. When we arrived to sign the paperwork we noticed there was a price difference from the quoted price when we ordered it. We inquired about this and were told that Ford "guarantees" the price from 2021 and that we would receive a refund in excess of $5,000 within 45-60 days. That was 8 months ago. We have spoken to numerous times our sales person, the sales manager, the finance manager as well as CFO of John Kennedy trying to get an answer where our money is. They keep blowing us off. We called Ford and found out they got the money and are lying about it. We have asked repeatedly for our money and they have never given us the money. The lady upstairs that handles the money told us to "sue" them. VERY unprofessional and rude. We have used them for over 30 years and bought numerous trucks and repairs for all our work vehicles and this is how we are treated. Calling, showing up and repeatedly asking for help for 8 months hasn't resolved anything. This is why they get a 1 star review. We gave them a chance to fix this and they don't.

First and last time, I will come here. I'm pretty sure my car just sat there and was never looked at. When I picked up my car, I was given my keys and told to have a good day. Not even a service report. Manager Matt never returned my call either. The car was in the same spot, and the seat was not moved. No one drove my car. They wasted my time, lied to me, and the manager didn't even take the time to call me back to try to make it right. They we're also supposed to order me a part that they never called me about. I am very disappointed and upset about my experience here and will not be back for any kind of service.

This was my first experience with John Kennedy Ford, and it will not be my last. The service department was amazing!! They fixed an issue with my car that another dealership in the area was charging me double. They even picked up my car and dropped it off. This is now my new dealership and highly recommended them!! Thank you so much John Kennedy Ford!! You now have a new customer.

This place is next to impossible to schedule even an oil change. Sometimes they say you can sit and wait for an oil change, then you try to schedule something and they say they are booked solid for week out. If you have a work vehicle and unstable schedule, look for a different ford location. Not to mention I believe they don’t even answer my other number, all because I had missed my appointment due to being extremely busy.

I’ve been to lots of shops around the Lehigh valley area and the Pottstown area. This service department is by far one of the best ones I think I have experienced. Brendan was the direct one that I dealt with and let me just say that customer service is by no means dead. I came in for a transmission flush and a small piece was overlooked but Brendan did everything in his power to ensure that my vehicle was not only picked up from my house (which was 35 minutes away) but then serviced right away. Their techs even took the time to relay to me how the spider gears and the pan had looked further putting me at ease with the whole process. There is no other place that I would take my vehicle and I highly recommend Brendan to anyone that takes their vehicle there.

Long story short.... The service department ROCKS!!! They were very helpful, kind and understanding in a very annoying, stressful circumstance, for us and them ;) with my nephews Ford Fusion. Jon Taylor went above and beyond on the customer service front. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!!!

Have to give a shout out to the service department. Brenden and his guys went above and beyond to take care of my truck. The communication was great, never felt left in the dark. Their kindness and professionalism helps make all the difference. Its hard these days to find anyone you can trust to work on your vehicles. They have earned mine. In modern times where customer service everywhere is lacking, its nice to know theres still people out there who care.

Sold us a truck with one key. Promised multiple times over TWO months to make a key. Got many excuses. Still don't have a key. Going to another dealer to resolve. Don't seem to care about repeat business. We bought two trucks there and won't be going back.

This service department is ridiculous and has went downhill tremendously, I am a loyal customer who services their car there often, and today I call first time I got through, Chuck in the service department answers I ask to schedule my oil change and tire rotation, and he immediately transfers me to a voicemail by the name of Jeff because apparently Service Advisors don't make service appointments anymore. I called back 4 times after, transferred to the service department, no one decides to answer those times, and lastly called the 5th time and the receptionist no longer answers to transfer the call. The worst customer service I have received in this establishment by far, and no way to get ahold of a Service Manager to train their employees to do jobs either. what a joke. DON'T service your car here if you want promptness in service.Follow up to the review:A service manager called, that tried to call me out and say 'you didn't even leave me a voicemail to get back to you', also note I wasn't able to even get ahold of a voicemail because the receptionist wasn't answering to transfer me there. Also he was very rude, and unprofessional. ZERO positive outcome to the issue, and no rectification. Poorly ran establishment.

My 1st time at this ford dealership. Happy to say it was a good experience they were well informed, And knew exactly what I needed. They fixed my truck exactly when they said it would be fixed. Would definitely recommend And return if I ever needed repairs

10/10 would recommend. Took my 2014 Subaru Wrx to get a new set of Toyo proxes put on as well as an oil change. Communication was great. Darren and John were on top of it and got me in at 8:30 am, and shuttled to my work before 9 ( the shuttle was great as the gentleman driving was great convo and knew the area very well) They even ordered the OEM Subaru parts for my oil change which was very nice since I’m particular about that stuff. Overall great experience.
