I arrived without the proper paperwork which was the prescribing doctor's fault, Staff here ( Kimberly) was very patient and went through the extra effort to help me work with my doctor's office to fix the problem saving me the effort of returning to the Dr. office and rescheduling with quest..not everyone would do that for you.. most appreciated!

Having never been to Quest and knowing absolutely nothing, I was told I could just walk in. This isn’t the case. I was also told I’d be billed and not expected to pay at time of service which this site doesn’t allow. The phlebotomist who helped me explained how things work and was so so helpful in offering other paths to getting this blood work done and broke everything down into the simplest of explanations. Even though I’m upset that I didn’t research more, I was throughly impressed that this woman took the extra time to explain things and not just turn me away.

I made an appointment online, but when I arrived, it didn't process. I was doing a fasting test and had to wait over an hour for my blood to be drawn. Being severely anemic and someone who struggles with their blood sugar, I was very shaky by the time I could finally get my blood drawn. Not only that, but I have never had a blood draw hurt so badly-- and I'm a cancer survivor and have had it done 100's of times. Would not recommend this location, staff, or lab for testing.

If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. I walked in, no one at the front desk & all I wanted was a mask. Finally got called back only to be told that they don't take my insurance. Why couldn't you tell me this when I made my appointment?! Then after I left I thought I left some paperwork there so I tried calling...HA!! What a joke. I even pushed the button saying I was a Dr & still couldn't get a live person on the phone. This place is a joke.

Today’s interactions at the Shoemaker location made me never want to go there again. I have to get bloodwork done every three months with a standing order due to chronic health conditions, and I liked the fact that I could go to the same location and get to know the team a little. Today, though, my phlebotomist took a call while I was there, lowered her voice and said, “guess who’s sitting at my station? Standing order..you know who I mean. Look at my kiosk…” A few more words were said, and then she hung up. I’m not a paranoid person, but this made me feel like they have some sort of inside joke at my expense. I believe I am polite, cooperative and quiet. I’ve gotten mixed information between the medical drive and shoemaker locations about whether or not I need to schedule one appointment or two for bloodwork requests from two doctors, so I’m never certain which way to schedule and often do it incorrectly as per the shoemaker location. The phlebotomists are excellent in both locations, but this experience made me feel terrible.

This is my go to for blood work even though there are several quest & other places closer. I’ll drive the extra 5 miles to go to shoemaker road because the staff is very proficient, professional & I’m in and out in 10 minutes if not less

I am needle phobic. I was able to book a time for the next day for routine lab work from my home on my phone. I received a confirmation text before I closed the site. Very efficient. When I was on my way I received a text asking me to notify them when I arrived. Perfect. I was able to check in on a tablet. I still haven't seen a person so I'm pretty happy about that. I waited about five minutes and went back. The nurse drew my blood and I didn't feel anything. I had a great experience. I'm still a big baby but this was a pleasant experience. My doctor will be so proud of me.

Waited 1 1/2 hrs past appt time found out 1 person working. She missed my vein on left arm which is now purple & painful. I will not return to this place. She should have called in help/spvsr. Very incompetent

Sharing my 5yr anniversary with this Quest Diagnostics. I have never had a bad experience here not once not even a questionable experience. These ladies are fabulous. Lisette feels like a friend. These ladies are efficient and professional.THANK YOU. I APPRECIATE YOU SO MUCH.!THE Lady who drew my blood this a.m. even had me laughing outloud! You gals. are incredibly good.
