Just a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE it was not the first either. Had a Husky with stomach issues, that man did not help her in any way. She wasn't eating and her stomach made horrible noises. He got tired of it and had the nerve to tell me there was nothing more he would do for her, not to bring her back. 13 years later, was in a bind with my cat, he was very sick with mouth disease, had a lump on his gum and in his throat. He had severe pain with arthritis in his paw. Took him there to end his suffering and couldn't get in with my vet. The entire time 2 dogs were fighting, barking and being screamed at to "shut up" while my poor cat was terrified and dying not being able to go in peace. He was not even there the day I was promised to pick him up and the receptionist was extremely rude when I questioned about it. If you love your pets don't go there.

I love PAH. The staff is friendly and Doctor Shreve is the best!!! Their prices are very reasonable. I totally trust them with my pets.

Took my dog in for the very first time in sheer panic of what was wrong since he had on and off diarrhea with blood and then "constipation" for the past 4 days. I thought I could home remedy it with the good old fashioned chicken and rice bland diet, and pumpkin as well, but still no real improvement. I was absolutely amazed on how fast we were seen since it was a walk in appointment on a Sunday, and with how amazing the doctor's care was. He was very knowledgeable and constantly reassuring me that my concerns were valid, but slightly unnecessary as he just has colitis. Prescribed with 3 antibiotics and off we were in less than a hour! Will definitely be life-time patients from now on...thank you again doctor!!
