I usually don't have too many issues with this place, but the last few times, they seemed unorganized. The girl, Dawn, who took my blood, was in a rush. I tried telling her Im not easy to get blood from, and she basically didn't care. She decided to jam a needle in and out of my vein, and when I yelled "ouch" she stared at me and made a comment about not being about to do this if I keep moving. She was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and in a big rush. Finally, she used a smaller needle, which, if she listened to me from the beginning, instead of rushing around, things would've be ok. Slow down.

There are a few friendly people but some of the women actually drawing the blood can be snooty and rude. I asked about insurance or lack there of and no response just completely ignored me all three times then actually asked me for my insurance card! I just told you I don’t have insurance and asked about the discount the Dr said I would be eligible for and STILL never replied and then rcv’d a bill for $672 for ROUTINE BLOODWORK anyway!!!Don’t appreciate being ignored or looked down on because I had just started a new job and didn’t have insurance yet don’t know how difficult it is to merely ANSWER the persons questions and NOT be rude and insensitive. If my new insurance allows I’ll be finding another lab

Took my 1 year old there to get a blood draw, and the staff was awesome. She cried the whole time, obviously, but they were quick and professional and made it as good of an experience as it could be.

The person who checked me in was so cold, so rude, unhelpful, totally lacking in interpersonalskills. Then she was the one who drew my blood! She has technical skills, but absolutely no people skills.

I was hesitant to come here because of all the bad reviews...but I looked at other branches that I've gone to before and had no problems with and EVERY lab corp seemed to have bad reviews. Common denominator? People being upset that they weren't stuck on the first try. I was dehydrated when I went due to a Crohn's flare so they had to stick me 4 times but they couldn't have been nicer! Keep in mind, this is not an easy job....phlebotomists constantly get blamed for you being in pain because you didn't follow instructions and hydrate yourself or...like me...you just have tiny veins. If they were courteous to you and able to get the results you need, that is all that should matter. Thank you for taking care of me same day so that my doctor can prescribe me the medicine I need ASAP. You are appreciated! :)

The techs here are typically amazing (with the exception of the large woman with the green hair who punctured my nerve, putting me out of work for the day with a ‘I just hit my funny bone’ feeling for HOURS and collapsing my vein in that arm), but the wait is ridiculous and Kim the receptionist is rude af.

I am a baby with needles and I absolutely deserve any razzing I get! Everyone here was very friendly, and the angel of a lady who took my blood, with her 16 years of experience, made me super at ease and I didn't even feel it!If I ever need blood work again (who am I kidding I will forever), I will absolutely want to go here again.

High turnover. Very rude and unprofessional staff who have zero customer service skills. I come here every two to three months to get my thyroid checked and today I went in and said good morning to the black man who opened the doors up at 6am. He looked at me without a smile or greeting. The black lady who ended up drawing my blood didn’t greet me either and couldn’t even be bothered to tell me I was done and could leave. So when I asked if I was done and she said yes I then said thanks have a good day to which she said absolutely nothing. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind to people so when someone says good morning or have a good day the least you can do is show them the same courtesy.

Horrible experience today. I had an appointment today to get labwork for a possible autoimmune diagnosis. The lady at registration was completely incompetent. When she called me back she asked me what tests i was getting done because she couldn't understand the lab order. She acted as if she had never seen a lab order in her life. I had a general idea what was being tested fpr but did not know how to interpret the lab order, since its not my job. She at no point tries to call anyone to ask for help, because apparently their phone wasnt working, but instead tried googling on her phone what the lab codes meant. I asked if there was someone else there who could help and she said no, because we don't do these tests here. She was rude, dissmissive, and offered no sort of appology or suggestion on what to do. She seriously seemed like it was her first time ever reading a lab order. Thankfully my rheumatologist is right down the road. She had no idea why the lady couldn't understand the order, she said they send paitients there all the time for the exact same tests. When she went to print out a new order for me the lady had cancelled some tests from labcorp's end (i guess because she was so insistent they didnt perform those tests there) so it just was a complete mess. Now I have to go as a walk in tomorrow to get bloodwork, will not be returning to this location though. Complete waste of my time

I would like to report the labtech name Kim at 1610 Medical Drive suite 100 Pottstown PA 19464. My parents went to get their lab work drawn and Kim was very rude to them. My mother's was on the phone in which she had asked for permission from the labtech in which she was told it was okay since my mother was on the phone with my fathers doctors office as they were in the process of faxing the labcorp lab slip to your facility. Kim came out and told my mother to go outside if she was going to be on the phone. My mom advised Kim that labtech said it was okay as she was trying to obtain the slip for my father to get his lab drawn in which Kim responded with "She is new here she does not know the rules, you need to go outside" with an obnoxious tone. My mom goes outside. Then my mothers name was called as it was her turn to get the lab drawn. Not knowing my mother's name was called Kim comes out and tells my mom to go outside AGAIN, to which my mom responded with "you called my name, my name was called as it is my turn." Kim's body language was very defensive looking for my mother lab slip. Kim advised my mother to go to the first room on the right . Once my mother was done, my mom goes to the waiting room to wait for my fathers turn to get his lab work drawn. A couple minutes passed and my mom went to the front desk and ask if they had received my fathers lab slip from the doctor's office as they were waiting for a while in which Kim yells out "Not yet" . My mother asked the front desk staff member not KIM. My mom goes and sits down .Once my fathers labslip was recieved they call him and My mom went to registration and kindly asked what was the woman's name who was being rude . The very nice front desk woman responds with "her name is Kim" Kim overhears the conversation and comes out of the breakroom and starts verbally attacking my mother at the point my mother has had enough with her tone so they got into an argument. Kim's behavior is completely unacceptable. That is not how your employees should be treating any patients. Kim took a pen and paper and invaded my mother personal space and demanded my mother name as she needed to type an "incident report" in which my mother refused to sign and to give my mother name Kim then threaten my mother that she was going to look into the computer system to get my mothers information in which my mom responded with " that is illegal and you can not look for my information without my consent" Kim called my mother by her first name as she looked my mother information up on the computer system. My mom was upset as Kim wrote down my mother's personal information for a personal manner as she followed my parents into room 2 for my fathers turn for his lab drawn. That was a scary experience as she has obtain my mother personal information. Completely unacceptable. Iam expecting a call from a supervior. this is unprofessional. How can they allow this type of behavior.

I had an appointment for 11 am. At exactly 11am, I was called back. I am not the easiest person to get blood from (the emergency room had to use an ultrasound & about 5 nurses & still couldn't find a vein). The gentleman got me on the first try. Very nice. In & out. Great experience!!
