Seems like Christy not only has problems with customers, but also employees. An employee having to take their child to the emergency room does not give her the right to yell and hang up the phone

We use the night deposit box and the tellers say they can't give us deposit slips anymore. They said we have to write the info on a piece of paper. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it just this branch or is every branch doing this? Is the bank in that much trouble that they have to save a couple of bucks on deposit slips? Does anyone know what's going on here?

Been banking with them (usually use the branch on shoemaker) for 2 years now. At first I tought they were the best bank I've ever used but these past few months I'm seriously annoyed with them. The gentleman John who works there is truly amazing he's friendly personable and so very helpful, at tines the tellers or at least one of them (Anne i believe her name is) can be kind but the rest of them especially their bank manager Christy are just so rude, her attitude is always at an all time high. I refuse to use that branch at this point. The employees at the high st branch are so friendly compared to the ones at shoemaker and I've only ever used their drive through. I've never been anything but kind to Christy but anytime I've dealt with her I've walked out wanting to cry due to her rudeness and the fact that she's just so unpleasant, it's as if she thinks she better than. Thanks but no thanks

The customer service is absolutely horrible. I work across the street and I normally go there to cash and deposit my checks. Every other time I go there they willingly do that for me but the one teller, Patricia, always gives me an extremely hard time about it and this is the last straw. I'm going to find a new bank. I've been at key bank about the last 8 years and I'm extremely disappointed. This bank hasnt been that great since Harleysville National Bank. Britani and one other bank teller are the only people that really seem to know how to treat customers. Patricia is extremely rude and last time I asked she said, "well to do it that way is up to me and it's my choice". This was the last chance and it was blown.

The transition from First Niagara was a train wreck and the service is poor. Honestly, find a new bank, don't even consider Key Bank
