The girl that works here searched with my email to see if I had an account, she said I didn't, so she asked if I wanted to be signed up for emails, I said no I do not, she asked if I was sure, I said yes I'm sure, do not sign me up...Then I get an email saying "Welcome to Famously You Rewards".... It's just annoying that employees don't listen to you and sign you up for their emails when you don't want them...

Large,clean store. Lots of different shoes to choose from. The young woman who helped us at the register was nice and friendly.

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted awesomely. There were two girls and a guy working when I was there and all of them approached me to see if I needed help with anything the place was clean and I did find what I was looking for and they were just as courteous from the beginning all the way to the end of my visit and through the purchase of the item that I had bought I really like this store at Philadelphia premium outlets. And the employees as well.

Nice sized store with a small selection. There was no line waiting to get in the store, but the kids section was quite small. I was looking for sneakers for kids \\u0026 was only able to get sneakers for one. So disappointed! I had to go to Famous Footwear the store to get the others shoes. Not impressed \\u0026 really only went because there was a line at the Nike Outlet. I'm disappointed every time I go. They ALWAYS let me down.

Visited the store yesterday on a busy Saturday only to not be greeting by anyone other than the store manager Jess on her cell phone. She was on her phone almost the entire time I was in the store there was at least 15 other customers in the store as well. I just left since this company does not value customer service. All other employees were hustling doing their job sad to see they had such a poor example as a manager.

This Famous Footwear Outlet is located in the Limerick Outlets. I personally have shopped for anything in this store (I prefer the Asics in the same Limerick Outlets) but I have accompanied parents here because they like to shop at this Famous Footwear. They seem to have no problems with it and from what I witnessed it is an all around decent store.

Good assortment. Social media manager should update store hours - got there at 10, but piece of paper in store window said opens at 11... would be useful, given the distance one travels.

Great staff & good sales, but they don't really carry the latest items. Easy on the wallet though & they even offered to search their website for hard to find sizes.
