I have rented 2X from this facility... The manager there for which I don't know her name... Is extremely awesome... She worked with me in every way she possibly could to make sure I got to see my grand baby who was in the hospital in Louisville Kentucky with a life-threatening disease from a tick bite... I did not have time to play around and she went above and beyond to help me... I want upper management to know about her because she is a total asset to the company... And I would recommend anybody if they needed Rent-A-Car in my area to go down and see her at the Limerick office located next to Pottstown PA. Not only her but her whole staff are amazing... Even under stress they are totally accommodating and pleasant.

Horrible and unethical place to do business with! I had a rental that I was supposed to pick up through my insurance. I was unable to get off work so I finalized everything with the manager. I declined the additional coverage and he confirmed that it was OK for me to send my husband in since I couldn’t get off work. He explained that everything was ready to go with. He noted that I had elected no additional insurance coverage and all my husband had to do was sign and pick up the car. I explained to the manager that I needed this taken care of since my husband is autistic and has a learning disability. I said he has no idea what he’s signing so just make sure it’s ready to go, he will just come in and sign it, and pick up the car. After my husband went to pick up the car, the manager told him to sign for the best deal that “your wife would want” and they did not give him a receipt. After I noticed I was charge for the supplemental coverage, I called and spoke to the manager. He said there was nothing that they could do for me since this is how they make their money. He said that they don’t make much money from insurance claims and they make money and sales from the supplemental insurance coverage.He clearly took advantage of my husband’s disability just to make a sale. It seems once he heard he was autistic and had a learning disability, he realized he could take advantage of the situation. He attempted to hide this by not giving my husband a receipt. I was billed almost $200 that I did not authorize. I asked for the district managers phone number and called her and she never returned my call. I also contacted corporate and several reps have taken down my information to give to a manager and I receive no callback. Horrible company to do business with! They take advantage of disabled individuals! All they care about is the sales that they would make. Extremely unethical, dishonest, and very crooked . I will never use them again!I have warned my family, friends, and coworkers about this dishonest and unethical company. I will ask my insurance for a different company in the future. Beware it’s a scam business!

They upgraded my car for same price that made for a more comfortable trip. Wont rent anywhere but Enterprise.

I am so grateful for dedicated employees such as Ted Breese. I will be renting a car once a week and he went beyond his job in giving me a ride home in terrible weather conditions. He refused a tip and proves Enterprise does deliver. I will be referring all partners to this well run business. Thank you Ted.

Always great customer service even with social distancing. On time delivery of the car I rented. It was clean and fully gassed. Would use this location again. Quick, convenient, and had what I needed at a great price. Been an Enterprise customer for years and they never disappoint with their customer service.

My reservation was booked for 6pm. I didn't realize this was also their closing time. Despite it being 6 on a Friday, Javaughn took the time to throughly inspect my car and took a few minutes to have me sit down while he taught me how to use all of the important features. I really appreciated the professionalism and value he places on his customers.
