I’m just upset cause I really wanted an economy car I could extend my rental a few more days but twice now they have said no but we will take care of you. My response was I just like the price of the small cars and can have it longer.! The young gent said we will take care of you. 79.99 a day and got a van, nice not needed for me. I must call in the morning to discuss the daily price I was shocked..Jack

Great place! Like the new location at airfield. Rented twice in the past year and had very good experiences both times. Customer service from the manager and assistant manager was terrific. Had good selection for vehicles. They conveniently dropped and picked up vehicle at auto body shop. Very easy to deal with.

Called to make sure they had a SUV that I couldRent. Was told yes and booked to pick up at 10:30. Got there at 10:45 and they do not. Apparently the company will book and is not aware of what they have.However the gentleman in the office was nice as this was out of his control. So now headed to Hertz where I was able to speak directly to the site I will pick up from and rent the vechical I need.

Was very disappointed with the unprofessional attitude from the employee (Ben) on our first visit when the vehicle size requested was not available. Made a second visit another day to get the vehicle size requested and was given a car that was due for oil change (5% remaining) and the warning notice of airbag service required. And due to the fact they start the car for you, I had no idea of this till much later in the day. I am very disappointed they didn’t at least discuss this with me as both are important safety issues. I did an after hours drop off so sent an email about concerns and have yet to hear back.

Amazing staff. These people are reliable & dependable if you are looking to rent through enterprise come to this location. Anywhere else they will try to get the most out of you. The people at this location are helpful & understanding

I've been renting from this office at least once a week for work since August. The staff are AMAZING. They go out of their way to provide exceptional service. What could be a headache, they make a breeze.

So, I bought a used car a month and a half ago. It was totaled last week by someone in a CVS parking lot. I loved that car and they're hard to find in a manual transmission. So her insurer, Travelers, offered me a rental and they only use Enterprise. I called these guys up and they gave me a super nice Mitsubishi Outlander - I figured I'd get a cheap econobox or something. They came to my house in minutes, picked me up, brought me back to their place, and I was out the door in a few minutes. Very nice manager there - Jared, and he made it a painless experience. ?I found another car almost exactly like mine, and it was some distance from here. The nearest Enterprise was closed by the time we got the deal done, but all I had to do was drop the rental off, lock it up and drop the keys in the key box. Ta-done. The car was so nice I'm glad I only had it a short while, before I got too attached to it...If I'd had to pay for it it would've been painful, but that's not on them. So, thanks, Travelers, and thanks, Enterprise, and thanks, Jared. I hope I never see you again though! Lol***A VERY important related PS that EVERYONE should know. Obviously this has nothing to do with Enterprise, but would still be very helpful info for anyone who's had their car wrecked, which I assume makes up a substantial part of Enterprise's income, and is why I'm here. This might be the most valuable info I'll ever post, so read on.I only found this out because I went through Travelers and asked the right questions with their claims assessor guy who came to my house. My insurance company is State Farm. I had initially decided to go through them about this, and they would have made me take it - even though it's illegal to drive with the quarter panel and taillight smashed - to an "approved" body shop to have them do the estimate work for them. This would have taken over a week more time just for the next available opening they had - pretty rotten thing to do when people obviously need this to be taken care of ASAP, which is quite bad enough. BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! It turns out that when a car is totaled, Travelers only deducts 25% of what it would have cost to fix any pre-existing damage on cars more than 7 years old. State Farm deducts the full 100%!No wonder they have the cheapest coverage - they rip off everyone who makes a claim through them this way. I had $1300 in pre-existing damage. The adjuster only deducted <$220 - even less than 25%. So State Farm would have given me $1080 less for this, and they do it regardless of whether you're their customer or are making a claim through them for an accident one of their customers caused. Even the office person I deal with at my agent's office didn't know about this. Quite the eye opener, huh? State Farm's dirty little secret needs to be outed, so spread the word!

I had a very poor experience at this location. I made reservations early, called ahead of time to confirm, and showed up at 8am the day I was supposed to rent the car. I was told no cars were available and I would be called at the first availability. I called back at 3pm after not hearing from them, 7 hours later, and was told they just "found" a truck. I said it was too late, I had to go elsewhere. When I tried to follow up with the manager or owner, I was told by the assistant mgr, I couldn't talk to either. I said this surprises me and he said again this is not possible. I will never rent here again.

I wanted to write a second review! The first one wasn't a good one because I had a bad experience with "the manager" who wasn't the manager. However, after speaking with corporate and the actual manager of that branch I would recommend them with your rental needs! If you need help talk with Jarred! He was very polite and accommodating. My first review was after a car accident and that is stressful enough, so not getting help while I was already down and out was irritating. If I would've known the person who said he was the manager, wasn't the manager and I was able to speak with him I would've never written a negative review. Again, after a couple hours on the phone with corporate and speaking with the manager, Jarred, I am very pleased with Enterprise and would gladly use them again as well as recommend them! Thank you Jarred and corporate for turning my unpleasant experience into a pleasant one!

The manager there doesn't really care about you as a customer. I had a balance on my account of about $240 and was told I can't use their rental until it was paid, but they couldn't tell me what the payment was for except it was from 2015. The "manager" there, if you can call him that, said he can't find out why I owe but that they wouldn't just put the balance on my account for no reason. I had to get to work, so we paid for it and he said he'd look into it. I asked him to call me and let me know what he finds. I had to call a couple of days later and he said he can't find anything as to why I would owe it. I said well I don't want to pay for something that no one can give me a reason why I owe it. He wouldn't give me his manager's info, so I looked up Enterprise's 1-800 number and spoke with several different departments that all couldn't tell me why I owe the money. Needless to say, Enterprise said they are refunding me the money and that they should've never taken the money from me in the first place since he couldn't tell me why! I will not be using this Enterprise ever again.

I used this service last week and would say that Andrew over the phone gave me one of the best customer services I had so far. He booked me over the phone with no issues and the pickup of the car was also a very smooth process. They had reasonably large inventory to choose from and the cars were super clean. I highly recommend this location.

Car I had received in bad shape. Not clean. Rear mirror loose. Brakes started to be noisy the second day. Oil change not done
