If I could leave less than a 1 star rating I would. In 33 years, I have never left a review about a retail experience-- good or bad. I went into make a return at Boscov's today. My MIL gifted me some clothing for my birthday and the clothes didn't fit as I am expecting. I walk into Boscov's and head to the help desk. I immediately receive attitude when I ask if I can make a return. I had the receipt and all the clothes were unworn with tags and new, except for one of the items which did not have a tag. The sales associate CaraSue was the rudest person I've ever encountered. She was throwing her hands in the air because the skirt didn't have a tag, she was rolling her eyes, talking under her breath and frankly, mean to me. I actually said something which I would NEVER do, and I said smiling, "well you're just a bucket of sunshine aren't you," and she damn near bit my head off. Then the associate behind her turned around and started laughing in Carasues ear saying, "who you, a bucket of sunshine" and they just cracked on in front of me. It's hard to articulate how uncomfortable I felt, I just wanted to run out of there. I will never be back and I will let my MIL know who spends a ton of money at Boscovs. I can't see her shopping there again either.

So, since Yelp removed my honest review based on MY EXPERIENCE I am going to post another one. I had a horrible experience with Coventry Mall and Boscov's at the Coventry Mall. They both blocked me on Social Media for simply asking a question but apparently now days you're not allowed to ask questions anymore because of the BS GOING ON NOW!!

Amazing service. Not busy at all and received the best service I ever had for optical care. Couldn't be more pleased. I had to drive a little over an hour to get there but was glad I made the journey. Customers definitely come first here.

Crazy old lady was very rude and lied about there Ray Ban selection over the phone.
