No matter what time of the day I go here whether there's one car in the drive-thru or three It takes forever they just do not attend to the drive-thru window I actually go to a bank that's further away because I always have to wait here even when I'm the first car you're just waiting and waiting and waiting it's very poor customer service

My family has 2 accounts in this bank.We chose it because it was close to the home we bought.Unbelievably, they put a HOLD on my FEDERAL TAX REFUND for 11 days!!! I went in there to correct it, but they fear that it will be returned (bounce).I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO THEIR BANKING HERE!!!!!!!If I could give them zero stars, I would!!!!!

Went to this branch Sat 10/01/22 9:10 am What a disgrace. They wouldn't open to get inside the bank. Only 2 tellers working. People that didn't have cars had to walk thru the drive thru in the rain to get service. The teller said because of security. I guess they're to cheap to hire a security guard. Then she went on to use covid as an excuse. B.S

I tried to go to the bank on Friday afternoon and and for the 2nd time in less than 6 weeks there was a sign on the door that the lobby was closed and you had to go through the drive-through I mean walking through the drive-through crazy as it sounds there were people standing in line with the cars or no I don't quite understand it !!!

Long story short I deposit checks here every week for the same amount. The checks I deposit are ever drawn from this bank. I deposit my check as normal the lady gave me a slip with the amount and said I was all set..she says nothing about a hold or anything. I go to use my card and it declines. I call customer service and she tells me 5 business days and there's nothing further they can do.

Desperately needed cash soon after their 12 noon closing, and after going through the motions on the atm I found it was out of cash. Not the first time with this bank.

If you ever call this bank. Be prepared to wait an hour or more on hold before you ever get to talk to anyone.

Worst customer service. They are refusing to credit my account for money that was fraudulently removed from my account. I have been trying to dispute the charge and there is no way to get a hold of anyone. People in the bank refuse to help and hang up on you when you try and get help. These people are not interested in providing any type of customer service.

Everyone is super friendly and super helpful especially in very scary situations. Like when my atm card was stolen and checking account was emptied. They handled everything quickly told me what i needed to due very supportive and reassured me it would be alright and be taken care of . And it was . They are fantastic .A+ in my book...

The one manager in addition to one of the tellers I talked to last week we're horribly rude and unprofessional. They also seem to be less informed than other employees at the Boyertown and Collegeville branches. I would recommend bypassing this branch for any of the other local ones.
