I placed a simple online order. Just 1 (one) headlight replacement bulb. The system says most orders are ready for pick up within 30 minutes. When I went to the counter, they said their system is not showing the order, this is after 49 minutes have passed. With today's technological advancement, you would think that they can easily improve customer experience. I have proof of online purchase for the H7 light bulb. They can't just give it to me or release it even if I have proof of purchase. They said they have to wait until the order shows up in their system to release the order or to give me the part. In my opinion, this is rather insane!

The employee was very helpful in getting the right wipers for my vehicle. Even though it was pouring down rain, he had no problem installing them for me right away. I thank that employee for being very courteous.

Needed to have my van's battery replaced. the Manager, Steve, was great. They didn't have the same battery I had, but in fact the computer had a recommendation for a different battery. So I paid to have a faulty battery upgraded to a better quality one. Steve was very professional and installed the battery fast. Thanks so much Steve!

I prefer shopping here over Auto Zone because I find their prices are better. But, they seem to have less stock. So if your willing to wait a couple days, it's worth it. Most of the staff here is pretty knowledgeable as well.

They can’t find the parts in their inventory. Shows part is in stock. Lazy teen cashier was 0 help. I drove 30 minutes from another store because this store was SUPPOSED to have it.

It’s the closest auto parts store to me so I’m here frequently but how these places stay in business baffles me. I usually have one thing to purchase, like an air filter or something, and I stand in line for 20 minutes while the one guy behind the desk explains the four different brake rotor options to the little old lady at the front of the line, then explains the mail in rebate, then explains the speed perks program, etc etc etc. Can a guy get a self checkout? When I do need a part or tool, you can bet it’s 2-3x more expensive than RockAuto or Amazon, and usually at an inferior quality. These stores are dinosaurs and this one is no exception.

I have an auto parts store I deal with regularly but for those hard to find items a lot of times advance Auto parts is the place to go I find them to have quite a few things other places do not and their reasonably priced and friendly service

The prices for a battery was beyond high. I was in a crunch and have always been amazing. For a cheaper end battery was still 240. Bucks. Like hell no . The place is clean the gentleman I dealt with was absolutely great. Hire more people like him.

The lights are on but the doors are locked at 9:30 am on a Thursday. Customers waiting outside. Noone is answering the phone and I do not see anyone inside. I have been waiting for 10 minutes.

Lights on but doors locked @7:45 am on Saturday 8/27/22. This is not the first time experiencing this. This place is definitely going down hill fast. It used to be great. No clue as to what they need to do to get or keep help looks like I will change to a new store here in Pottstown and start going to auto zone, they seem to always be open when they say they are to be open. So update I got the same response form them saying we are sorry we will pass this on to our field team leaders well from the rest of the reviews about the same thing I guess you need new leadership because the ones you have are doing nothing
