No matter how big or small of a job, John goes out of his way to make sure everything is done right and at a great price. He is always willing to help and figure out whatever problem you are having. He is great at what he does and how he works with his customers. I have always had the best experience with him on the numerous occasions that I've needed help with my iPads!
