Nurse of 15 years needed pre-employment screenings. The staff were just wonderful. From the moment I called and spoke with Alexis, so pleasant and professional. Erica was great too with getting my blood work, fit test etc. Great customer service is so rare these days. I would drive back from Philly anytime to get services done here!

Very friendly, Respectful and engaged. Everyone was attentive and made me feel like a valued customer. Some places just ignore you. Not the case here.

Fast efficient respectful…… Went to this location to have a test for a new job done…. Took 2 visits to complete in and out both times in less than 20 minutes as a walk-in definitely will return if needed!

Lidia was absolutely great. I was there for a titer and she assured me the needle wouldn’t hurt and that it’d over before I knew it. She was right. She was efficient, thorough and she made me laugh.

My experience at Concentra at the plymoth meeting location was nothing short of absolutely amazing. Dr Hennelly and the entire medical staff made me feel like I was more than a patient. I actually felt like I was family. My full recovery was there top priority. I was always greeted in the most enthusiastic and warmest way.
