Tracking said out for delivery so I literally sat at my front door from 9am to noon as estimate was 940 to 1140. at 1145 it changed to before noon estimate and then at 1205 it changed to attempted delivery. No delivery attempt was made at my address. at best they tried to deliver to the wrong residence, at worst, the driver just said attempted to save themselves the inconvenience of actually trying to deliver. Awful.

I ordered a cell phone from Samsung, free shipping but I paid an extra $7.00 to have it delivered two weeks early and checked the "signature required" box when ordering. The phone was sent out from Pittston on Valentine's Day, apparently with a FedEx Express driver who delivered the phone to a totally unrelated address 12 miles from me and secured a signature from the resident there. My address and the delivered-to address are not even vaguely similar (I'm in Mehoopany and the phone went to Laceyville) and the person who signed for the package has a name that does not resemble mine at all.So I "opened a case" with FedEx. This should be simple - I have a copy of the delivery confirmation showing where the package went and the name of the person who signed for it and FedEx has that same information (you can street view the address!). The driver obviously took it to the wrong place, so go retrieve it and redeliver it to the right place. Easy! Only that's evidently not how this works. FedEx followed up my case with a few cursory texts - "hey, did the package show up yet?", as if it had legs - and then ghosted me. And that's it. Fortunately Samsung refunded me and so I suppose we're even-Steven except for that annoying $7.00 I paid for faster delivery.Bottom line: these idiots made an expensive mistake, took no steps to rectify their mistake, and they strung me along for a few days with their "open case", as if they were actually doing something productive, before dropping me like a brick. Truly idiots.

A driver from this FedEx location stole an item right from the box in my driveway as he was gathering items to put at my door. He lowered his head so he wasn't seen on camera, stacked other items on the box he ripped the item from, and walked off with his head down right to the truck and drove off immediately before we could notice the item was ripped from the box and an empty box stashed back inside the shipping box.

Delivery drivers leave packages on end of stoop instead of requested area against front door where it is undercover. So packages are getting wet.Calling corporate is a waist of time. Ryheem was terrible. He spoke too fast and I could not understand him. He was very dismissive and argumentative all he wanted to do was get me off the phone. In plain “English” customer service sucks. I would have like to have spoken to someone who spoke English. I asked multiple times to speak to a supervisor or someone in charge and was told I could not.I do not have this problem with UPS and Amazon!

Clowns delivered my farmers dog package but my laptop got delivered to another address and some other clown signed for it. Yall need to check yall staff. How please tell me know this might’ve happened.

Do not ship packages with FedEx Pottstown Pa. We are expecting a package from Amazon left note for driver that he worked and would be home after 5. Driver attempted to deliver three times during the day ignoring note. We called got confirmation that they would take it to a location near his home but they are delivering it to a location 1 1/2 hours away. We made many calls to FedEx spent hours on phone no satisfaction. Asked to speak to supervisor told there was none. I find it hard to believe no supervisor. I don’t know where my package is and it’s a Christmas gift.

FedEx was supposed to to deliver on 12/4/23 between 11am and 3pm .I waited for this package to prevent it from be stolen off my porch.Since the depot closed at 7pm and the package was not deliveredI waited until 830pm and locked my gate, thinking they would deliver thePackage the next day , since it happened that way before. I got up at 1amto find the package thrown over a 6 foot gate onto the sidewalk.(it’s a TV)There is not enough room to slide the package under the sidewalk gatebut next to the sidewalk gate there is enough room to slide the packageunder the driveway gate. This delivery driver didn’t care about my time ormy package. I will never use or recommend FedEx.

Dang you guys must hire ninjas to do your deliveries because I never saw the truck coming, no one knocked or rang a doorbell just stealthily put up a failed delivery attempt sticker on the door. So now I have to take time off work to come get it myself. Absolutely ridiculous.

I wish I knew the name of the person who helps me every time I have a pick-up at this FedEx hub location. She is kind and professional and efficient... even when I am on a work call and distracted. She is an asset to the organization.

Customer service must be from overseas cannot understand any of them with extremely strong accents shipper changed address for my convenience and they continue to keep shipping to previous address in customer service. Can’t understand English.

I cringe every time I see Fed Ex is the delivery service for anything I purchase online. It’s at the point where I already know my purchase will be delayed and won’t arrive until almost a week after the expected delivery date. Made phone calls to fed ex to try and resolve the issue but was told to just keep waiting each time. I don’t have this issue with any other delivery service.

I have a package from Thrive Market that was received by them on 7/25. It's now 7/31 and it still hasn't left this location. Fedex representatives won't tell me anything about where my shipment is, or if it's damaged or lost. Although I don't believe anything is truly "lost" at these places.

Until last Friday, my packages were left outside the physical back door of the house. Now they are being left balancing on the end of the railing of the handicap ramp 15 feet away from the back door. I have to get someone to bring me the package. I have received packages for several years and they were left by the physical door. The ramp has been there less than a year. Why can't the driver walk up the ramp? It is the same distance as walking on the sidewalk.
