Absolutely horrible location. Scheduled for a passport they called and canceled the day of rescheduled me the next day and also called and canceled the same day. People have lives that we work around to get there and they just cancel without caring or accommodating customers and are rude!
Left a message and phone number for me to call back no one answers!!!

They don’t answer their phones and are generally surly and unhelpful. Also, their fingerprinting machine doesn’t work, so you have to go to the Bethel Park post office to get them done.

Service varies dependent upon postal employee. In the past, I have been treated quite rudely by some employees and I believe that some have attempted to misinform me.

There seems to be longer lines at this USPS than others and often their is only one person staffing the counters. On the plus side, the lobby is open 24/7 allowing you to weigh and mail your own letters and small packages any time you want to do so. This is very convenient to avoid the lines or if you are on a tight schedule. Plenty of parking and easy to get in or out of the lot.

USPS is actually the worst. I wish I could use literally anything else for mail. At this point a carrier pigeon would do a better job. If I could leave 0 stars that would still be too many.

Very poor customer service...made an appointment for passport services waited in line for 30 min for them to tell me they don't have me down for appointment.

Taylor was working the front alone and she was extremely efficient. She got people in and out in a cheerful way and kept the line moving.

Need to speak with a person no one ever answers the phone!!! No matter how many times you call though the day they never answer the phone. They are just awful!!!!

Worst experience today. Woman with short black hair was so rude and unpleasant…… A post office doesn’t have tape??? Really????? Never was treated with such unkindness….. The post post at pleasent hills should be SHUT DOWN….. or get new employees that like their job and people. I will NEVER go there again. Waist of time.
