Maybe one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with USPS. The woman working the counter was a hoot, super friendly, I had a smile on my face the whole time. No line, in and out in record time. Perfection.

HORRIBLE customer service. The staff does the absolute bare minimum and doesn't go out of their way to help customers with complicated shipping. I do not recommend visiting this location if you need assistance with mailing services.

Often not on site despite whatever their hours say on the door and online. I will drive 5 miles out of the way to go to a different post office.

Despite getting there at 11:18am today (Wednesday), within the hours both posted here and on the door, the door was locked and there was nobody there. No sign explaining why it was closed. Sorry if you had an emergency.

Denise is the best! I used to go to the Crafton PO when I worked in that area and she worked there then. She's so pleasant and professional. Now I work in Greentree and she works at that PO. Good for me! She is so nice. She knows everything and will take the time to help you. She can answer any question and is very patient and friendly. I actually look forward to my trips there because of her. Wish I could give 10 stars!

Worst post office I have ever tried to use. And considering we are talking about a post office, that says ALOT! They arbitrarily close the doors, despite the posted hours of operation. They shove a piece of cardboard in the glass door so that you can't see them goofing off inside. Don't waste the trip. Utilize another post office

This post office is located right inside building 4 at Parkway center and super convenient if anyone works in the area! I normally walk over and get very fast service! Denise is normally the main worker there and the sweetest! They are closed between 1-2 for lunch and I recommend going earlier or later to prevent a back up from people waiting after lunch! The do have a parking lot out front!

I don't understand how anyone can be so miserable.
I received a voicemail that my package needed a correct address. I called back and spoke with 2 women who didn't understand why I needed to know WHICH package it was before I could confirm the address. (I recently sent gifts to a few different family members) The first woman put me on hold for a little while and when the second one answered, I said the whole thing over again, "Hi, I just received a voicemail that my package needs a corrected address," because I didn't want to assume that she knew what was going on. Instead of saying, "Okay, what is your last name?", like the first woman did, she begins to taunt me, "Who is 'my'? How am I supposed to know who 'my package' is!" The remainder of the phone call was equally unpleasant.
I don't remember her name but if she is capable of turning even the simplest conversation into a miserable situation then maybe she shouldn't be in charge of making/accepting phone calls with the public.
UPDATE: I received another call because she didn't update the address, just sent it back out...
