Nurses can't put an IV in to save their lives but whoever makes the breakfast biscuits n' gravy in the caf deserves a raise.

Highly recommend this ED. We drove over 3 hours to come to this facility and it has been worth the drive. Quick process to get registered, and be treated. Staff has been very kind and show great knowledge. In a stressful situation with a loved one, this is what we needed. It has exceeded our expectations. Thank you CHP for being so organized and having passionate, caring, dedicated, and hard working staff.

Good luck if your kid has or might have cancer. We were told my kid might have cancer but we won’t know until after he undergoes surgery. The doctor himself said he wanted the surgery ASAP. Yet, the EARLIEST we could get in for an OUTPATIENT SURGERY is DECEMBER. It is currently JULY. We made multiple calls to stress the urgency of this and the best we could get is to be on a cancellation list. “Unfortunately there is nothing we can do”.
Unacceptable.

Compared to the other children hospitals I took my child when he is sick, this is the worst place due to long wait times and delayed care, my child is not getting the right treatment. He came in due to appetite loss diarrhea vomiting not able to drink well and high fever with inflamed tonsils and the medical assistant did not do nothing but giving him apple juice and popsicle and Motrin and he was not interested to either of them but he still got discharged. This caused him to re admit again 2 days later due to dehydration. And we stayed almost 7 hours just for IV fluid that’s all this can be done in 3 hours max!

When you are dealing with your child being injured it is a very stressful situation! So giving this review is huge to me! First, the X-ray department and the staff I dealt with was amazing and answered all the questions we had. As promised, they got the results to my doctor within a hour! This is where it gets great!!! Brittany P in the ENT helped us and got her in the same day! I know this doesn’t always happen due to schedules but the fact she did what she could and helped when she didn’t have too! Everyone complains about hospitals and the staff for me this day they were amazing!!!!!

It was my second time coming here, this time I had my stitches done, the nurses and the doctors were super kind and hard working. They did an excellent job on stitching and making sure i had everything i needed before i left the hospital such as bandaids, vaseline, papers of instructions for certain things and so on. I really loved how they kept reassuring that everything was going to be okay and there was nothing to worry about. Thank you:)

Over 3 hours waiting for my 6 year old to get a cast on. We are told he has to get his cast TONIGHT. Over 3 hours waiting is unacceptable. How is having him sleep in a chair with a broken are better than going home and coming back during the day when he can stabilize his arm?! I will NEVER come back here.
