Incredible service you just dont get in big box stores. Prices on many items cheaper than Amazon, moving into an old house in Bellevue this place has been essential.

This place is great! Just got home from another visit. Bought some suet that was on sale for a great price for my Downy woodpeckers, and I also bought some gardening clippers after trying in vain to smash the stems of overgrown burdocks (jaggerbushes) with a trowel. Also bought a poncho that will come in handy so I can pick up litter when it is raining more easily. They have a great selection here, and the staff is very friendly!

Life savers this place has saved me several times. They have a just about everything. Customer service excellent and friendly. Definitely the go to hardware store.

Very helpful and knowledgeable people work here. Typically have what you need which is a big plus! Whenever I shop here I feel everyone who works here is truly interested in helping you get what it is you came in the store for. Very convenient and great hours

Bought 2 half inch ball valves 1 failed tightened packing nut bad valve wanted pictures video picture I showed she claimed picture was old like I’m lying about a 17 dollar part the absolute worst costumer service . This woman was working Saturday the 17th September around 520pm HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Nothing beats a good local hardware store.As someone who lives in a house that's over a hundred years old (like many in my neighborhood), there's always a problem with something and I find myself running to T & M Hardware in desperation.Every time I go, there's always someone who is helpful in finding whatever I need no matter how obscure it seems. And, if for some reason they don't have what I need, they're always quick to tell me where I might be able to find it.I'm always glad that I stop in there first.

This shop is very well stocked, not with fluff, but with items you actually need. I've been visiting for many years and maybe only twice did they not have what I was looking for on-hand. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the prices quite fair, and despite the busyness of Lincoln Avenue, I always find a place to park. I highly recommend T and M for your tool, product, and advice needs.
