My toe got infected, and I had to get an antibiotic treatment after a pedicure there. Waited 40 mins for a appointment that was made a week prior. Place was not good, and apparently not clean. I have a good mind to send my medical bill to them.

I am aware you spoke to my wife, and she pointed out multiple things about the cleanliness of the tools. To which you argued she was incorrect. I do not appreciate being called a liar here, so I will get my doctor's notes and post them here. I have been going for pedicures for years with no issues, until your facility. I also have been alive for 40 years and have never had an infection like this, until (coincidence) I visited your facility. It appears to be a trend in your negative review responses to call the reviewers liars, so I will not be removing this content, and ill never be back. I will actively steer anyone I know to stay away as well. Any person on here reading this, I invite you to read similar reviews on their site, and the collective patterned responses.
Ps. Since you're so adamant about your cleanliness, ill invite a 3rd party for inspection. The thing about a bias inspection, is that it's bias, and always favorable for your business. 3rd party has nothing to gain. I'll look into reporting to OSHA, and have a real inspection done.

My daughter and I went to Sunshine nails the 1st week of August to get our nails done for vacation. We both got pedicures, and she got acrylics, and I got a dip powder manicure. A few days into vacation, two of my nails started to chip, and one of hers started to peel.
I decided to give them another chance, and we went back on August 21st. I did tell them about her nails peeling, but didn't mention about mine(even though you could see they were chipped) because I'm honestly not one to complain. I wanted my polish removed and another basic pedicure. I asked them to remove her acrylics and do regular polish. I was not happy to learn that as I was getting my pedicure, they talked her into a gel manicure, which, of course, costs more. She is a teenager, and I am the one paying. Well, her gel manicure only lasted about 3 days, as 4 of her nails are starting to chip and crack.
I am not happy that I've spent over $400(including tips) there in less than a month, and our nails didn't even last. Very disappointed!

Got a pedicure today. Lucy was my attendant. She was cheerful and courteous. I have a great manicure. I will go back.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Had one recently at Kiki in Duncan plaza poor workmanship. They attack you with different items. They charged me and extra $20 for the plain nail polish I chose!

Great experience every time I go.
I don't go so often. I've always gotten different nail techs. They're all friendly.
The pedicure I got today was so good and relaxing. I didn't get the lady's name, but I know she had like almond shape green nails. She was awesome from a pedicure to a full set.

i am sooooo happy with my experience here! it was my first time and i will most definitely be back. Min, who did my nails, took his time to ensure that my nails were the perfect shape. it is one of the best gel acrylic manicures i’ve ever had and i look forward to coming back. thank you!

Went there yesterday to get my nails done. I chose builder gel which is on their menu. Everyone acted like it was such an ordeal. The guy who ended up doing my nails gave me the worst manicure of my life. My nails hurt today. I told him do not cut them, just file and shape them a little. He filed them to the skin. I can’t believe I paid money for this. My nails are ruined and now I’ll have to wait weeks to let them grow out again. Not to mention, that the gel is so thick on my nails. They should not offer something they obviously have no experience doing.

Went for the first time this past weekend and left happy! I paid $100 pre-tip for a gel pedicure and French dip manicure, which I thought wasn’t bad. My only complaint was that it did feel rushed. I made an appointment for 12pm and they started me at 12:30pm. Both the owner and technician were very apologetic about the wait, but I was a little disappointed since I made an appointment. The service itself felt a little rushed — didn’t push back or cut my cuticles, didn’t brush away the dust after buffing my nails and went right into painting and dipping. All in all the manicure and pedicure turned out nice, I don’t know if I’ll be returning as I prefer a more meticulous manicure.

Finally! The search is over!! I would give this place a TEN if I could.
I moved to the area about a year ago and have been bouncing around trying to find the right spot. I’m very picky about my nails and toes and have very sensitive cuticles. When I called Sunshine, I asked for a same day appointment which they accommodated within 2 hours and I also asked for someone with a gentle hand due to my sensitivity
When I walked in I was greeted right away. The salon was pretty and clean.
The tech who worked on my nails assured me that he knew I had asked for “gentle” and would take care of me and he did just that! The experience was amazing from start to finish.
The pedi was pleasant (even pain free ingrowns) and the massage was a true massage. My nails were filed exactly as I requested. I won’t go anywhere else!
The attention to detail from Minh was incredible. He truly nailed it!

Absolutely loved my experience! My nails turned out great and everyone was so nice!
Edit. After leaving and the excitement of it wore off I noticed bubbles in my nails. Not the worst thing in the world and would still go back to this salon!
