The PERFECT Stretch. Tried a 25 min stretch at Stretch Lab. Was able to focus on an area during this session. Assisted stretching help move the body and active blood flow! StretchLab helps to increase flexibility, range of motion & energy! StretchLab offers both 25 min and 50 min sessions- both are perfect and come with their own benefits! They offer session packs and monthly memberships.

I am so glad that I tried StretchLab, because it was everything that I needed! I waited a few months to actually try it, mostly because I was busy. I had no idea how great it would be for me. There are positive benefits for anyone who comes here and they will help you focus on the things that you need and that are right for you. It is a very focused experience and while the stretches themselves can be moderate to intense, they continually work with you to make sure that you are never in pain or overdoing it. I find the 50 minute stretch to be the best (they also offer a 25 minute session) as it is the most comprehensive and works most of your muscle groups. They have also given me tips for stretches I should continue to do at home. I have been recommending it to friends and recommend for everyone to try it out!

I love going here, and it's been a huge help with my flexibility. It's worth trying a couple of different people, as they have slightly different emphasis on the way they stretch you. Some of them have a physiology background (PT-in-training, etc), some have done a lot of dance, etc. Tyler has been fantastic for me, but find the person you work best with and stay with them for consistent results.My only complaint is that the membership system leaves a good bit to be desired. Two key issues:1) You are required to buy a 3-month package, and then it's a recurring subscription after that. Sometimes you only want a couple of stretches, and sometimes you want more.2) This "package" problem is compounded by the way the online reservation system works. You get your 4 "credits" per month, but you can't book in advance of the credit. The credits expire every month too, so they're basically only good for the month they are issued. This means if you get your credits on March 1st, you can't book anything until that day. Good instructors tend to book 7-10 days in advance, so there goes the first week of the month. The, of course, the credit expires on the 31st of march, so if you were trying to go once/ week every week, it's difficult to make that work. They should extend the credits so that they are good for 60 days, or let members reserve in advance.

StretchLab has been an amazing addition to my training routine! Working with the flexologists for the past year and a half has provided me with a deeper understanding of the flexibility and mobility of my body which has led to an all around healthier lifestyle.

Been a member since Stretch Lab opened in Pittsburgh and it has become a key part of my fitness routine. Has helped to build strength, avoid injury, and recover when they happened. The staff is knowledgeable and able to often advise on exercises to complement stretching.

No matter how discipline I've been with my workouts and attempts at recovery, stretching is always the "victim" of time and laziness. It's something that I used to be able to get-away with in the past, but as I've aged, it's caught up with me. The StretchLab Strip District has changed my life! Not only did the talented staff helped me recover from injuries, but Anya, Katie, Madison & company have (I'm sure) prevented future ones, while freeing up my "trouble spots" to get the most out of my training! I love everything about this place!I honestly think a session or two at the StretchLab will do more for your body than a 90-minute massage at ANY spa or facility. The environment is fun and infectious as well... great music playlists even! Go check them out... you won't be sorry. I have just completed my 100th stretch at Stretchlab and I could not be happier. The staff is warm and inviting. My flexibility has improved dramatically and my sessions are incredibly therapeutic. Highly recommended!!

I’ve been a member of Stretchlab, Strip District location, before the studio even opened. I have found it to be more effective at managing my progressive MS symptoms than PT, Chiro, or acupuncture. The staff is professional, friendly, and truly care about their clients. I especially appreciate the session notes they keep on clients. I primarily see one Flexilogist; however, in the event I need to see someone else, that person is familiar with my stretch plan.

I have been going weekly to StretchLab for 4 months and it has been totally worthwhile! I'm much more cognizant of the way I move about in the world and I pay more attention to my body when it needs some TLC. Until you have the opportunity, you don't realize how much you need their services. The entire staff is very professional, caring and well-trained. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I absolutely love Stretch Lab (Strip District). Not only do they have a wonderful staff here, the Flexologist are dedicated to helping you reach your mobility goal(s). The best part about Stretch Lab though, they will treat you like family! They’ll remember you, they’ll push you and they’ll have you moving better! .

I’ve been coming to StretchLab since it opened in the Strip. I’ve seen many flexologists and they’re all wonderful. They really know what they’re doing and how to make the most of your session. I’ve seen huge changes in my recovery time and flexibility since I’ve joined! I cannot recommend adding StretchLab into your workout routine enough!

I have been going to Stretch Lab in the Strip since they opened. I have completed over 100 sessions and go weekly. Friendly staff and great music. Overall- assisted stretching has really helped relieve my lower back and hip issues too.

I joined Stretch Lab before it opened. I had no idea what assisted stretching was but felt it would help me. Since going there, I have felt so much better! The staff are welcoming and professional. The atmosphere is family like and professional at the same time. While I do have my favorite flexologist, all have provided good and productive sessions. They are interested in knowing how you feel when you come in and how you feel after the session. I ALWAYS feel much better after the session. This fitness program has improved my flexibility, and it is the longest one that I have been able to stick with.
