“During high school and college I worked at "cheap" Champs at Century III mall (RIP). Going going gone takes me back to those days. While not everything is a deal, if you shop around and shop the sales you can get a killer deal. We don't live too far so stop in frequently to check out deals. We often buy a lot to stash for family and friends birthdays and holidays at a bargain. Most of the staff are extremely helpful and the manager is a delight. It is sort of a game to find the best deals and they can definitely be found especially during some of their advertised and not advertised deals. Lots of name brand stuff including Patagonia, Sorel, Cotopaxi, Nike, Brooks and many more that we have snagged deals on. Happy to have this option close by and brings me back to my high school and college days. You definitely do have to shop the desks as not everything is always a good price but it is definitely unbeatable during the right sales.”

“I'm in a flannel phase, apparently. After a visit to Vermont Flannel during a family vacation this summer, I thought it couldn't get any better. I love both brands equally. LL Bean's customer service is absolutely perfect. The vibe is so pleasant every time I'm in the store whether I need help or not. I don't know how they train their staff, but the whole team is second-to-none as far as retail shops go. In addition to flannel fanatics, their aesthetic appeals to comfort seekers of all ages. I can't get enough.”

“Rally House is a chain that sells merchandise for sports teams (e.g., shirts, hats, mugs, flags, and gloves), and it has stores across the U.S. This particular store is located on the North Shore of Pittsburgh. My father-in-law wanted a particular Steelers jersey. This jersey was sold out at competing businesses, but this Rally House had it in stock for the usual price. I ordered the jersey through their website, and a store employee soon shipped it through USPS Ground Advantage. The next day, the USPS delivered the package to me. The store employee had packed the correct product and the correct size. My father-in-law enjoys this jersey very much. I feel thankful that this store sold it to me. Please note that I have not visited this store in-person recently, so I do not know how the employees communicate.”

“You wouldn't guess from the branding, but they have clothes for big girls (well, biggish) — this is the only time I've ever been able to try on a sports bra in the store and buy it (3X for D-DD, I think). Bought some size 16 shorts but they have up to 22. Nice!”

I had gotten skates from my local pro shop and had 2 bad experience , one the boots where a size and a half to big , got new skates and they still caused me so much pain and issues . My coach recommended Rich and I went down and he is AMAZING!! He really tries his hardest to fix issues. He is the only one who truly cares about his skaters . He was able to fix my skates and my coach truly sees a difference. I will only go here now . Please only come here for your skates and accessories. You won’t be disappointed .”

“Exceptional customer service and inventory. We were looking for soccer cleats for two of my daughters (ages 11 and 9). The gentleman working today measured their feet and showed us where each child's correct size was located. I've been in other soccer stores and have never seen so many options for kid's cleats. Both daughters easily found cleats they loved and that fit. The staff checked to make sure their shoes fit correctly, found the correct shin guards and gave my daughters pointers on putting them on and off.I will definitely be back the next time we need any soccer supplies as they carry everything you could need. Its rare to find such friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Thank you Soccer Source for making it so easy for us.”
“Great selection of all your pens necessities. Have gotten shirts, hoodies. Jerseys, hats, pucks and much more. Get a puck from every game we attend. Normally have what I want. Except for a stick. Everything I come and want to get a stick they don't seem to have any. When I live in the Predators area and have to travel to Pittsburgh it can be a bit heartbreaking each year when I haven't been able to get one at a game yet. However, still a great place.”

As soon as I arrived an associate was able to help me with the foot analysis which was super quick and easy. She brought out a few different pairs to try on based on my arch, ball width, soles, and other measurements. Ultimately I ended up with the Hoka Clifton 9’s, easily one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I’ve ever worn and I’ve been enjoying them a lot on my runs and walks. I had a fantastic experience here and absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a shoe that suits them perfectly! So happy with my Hokas.”
