Love getting my vehicle serviced here, just not a fan of sales, always feel like when I'm going to buy a vehicle here that nobody thinks it's worth the time to help me buy especially when I ask for a vehicle that's for sale over 270 days and then I ask to have I brought to the dealership and see, no one is asked about getting it there for me to look or even a call back to say it will not be there, I show up 45 min laters than I said too try and see it but it's not even there not a call or anything too say that and miraculously it's sold only a few days later, if I were go too waynesburg the vehicle would've been bought the day of, that's how it's been for the last 3 purchases we've made but every time it's at pleasant hills nothing I've bought one car their and within 6 months sold it to waynesburg for a unknown shutoff problem that had been happening after the 2nd month of owning, but waynesburg gave no hassle, so why can 1 store be so great but not the rest, this store just doesn't care it shouldn't be about, oh well he's not gonna buy it doesn't matter to us, it shouldn't matter the customer is their to check a vehicle out so you try and help out the best way you can and keep the person informed especially if a persons driving over 50 min away to look at one, like I said the service is great, body shop is great but I don't deal with lies about we don't have enough people to pick up a car especially when those people are their walking around, I've worked here when their was literally no lot attendants and I was one of them but even if their was only one person to clean cars the other guy would be sent to go get a vehicle that wouldn't even get sold but guess what we still went and got it the vehicle so guess I'll just have to stop buying vehicles in total from here so I don't waste their time or mine

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. This was the second time I bought a vehicle from them and it was a pleasant experience. They worked with me to understand what my likes and dislikes were and suggested a Jeep that would best fit me. From picking out my Jeep to signing the last of the paperwork they were respectful and kind. 10/10

My salesperson Noah did a wonderful job from my test drive to his knowledge of the vehicle and addressing my wants and needs to purchase the jeep. Vern, his manager also addressed my needs as well the finance department especially Rob. It was a great team win for everyone!

What a joke. My daughter takes her Jeep to dealer for brake squeak. They tell her about other other issues with coolant leak and engine? She explained that some of its covered under warranty but he said they won’t warranty it? Which we placed a call to the warranty company and some of it would have been covered!So I go out with her and it’s a different story then on the paper??Hmm….guess they seen her coming and $$$$.Tech did call back and try to explain but we declined and decided to try another dealer.But I guess after they charged us a “$75 evaluation fee” and no manager explanation its worth losing 2 customers.Thanks Ron Lewis auto for the help!!

I'm over this. They don't let you make an appt for an oil change and force you to go through the express lane and now I'm stuck waiting for an hour & a half for my jeep. PS. You have to tell them to rotate your tires or they won't. Had to buy new tires at less than 30k miles because of the uneven wear. Next Jeep will not be for here. OVER IT.

Try to keep this as short and to the point. Stopped in express. Told the advisor I needed an oil change, a passenger side headlight bulb and a driver side wiper blade. Was fine and dandy. Little expensive but whatever. Paid my bill and left. After I got home I was reviewing my bill and noticed I paid 22$ for a rear wiper blade I didn't request, nor was I even asked if I wanted it replaced, and it was cleaning just fine. I called in and asked to speak to a manager. I was handed over to the express advisor who told me he'd only been there for a week and his manager said if I wanted my money back I would have to drive back to the dealership for a refund and they would put my old wiper blade back on the rear. I was furious. Drive back to the dealership and spoke directly to someone of higher authority and was told the service "manager" was not even a manager but a service advisor. I was issued a refund for the amount via check. Hopefully it actually comes. Poor experience.

I received excellent service. The process of leasing the vehicle went fast and easy. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and did a great job answering all of my questions. I don't have anything negative to say about my experience.

went in with every intention of purchasing a new jeep. Not one person acknowledged my presence even though I was clearly seen. Turned around and went elsewhere.

I had an issue with an ambient temperature sensor misreading the outside temperature and causing my heated seats and steering wheel to activate. On multiple occasions for two weeks I attempted to call to schedule an appointment. I was never able to speak to a live person but left multiple voice mails. No one ever returned my call. It took me going there in person to get an appointment scheduled. After receiving word that my vehicle was ready, I paid and got the key to return later to retrieve the vehicle, only to find out that the issue was not resolved. I called and was told that someone would reach out to me...that has not happened yet.

Very pleasant from beginning to end. Arrived early for my service appointment and was assisted right away. I was preparedTo wait an hour or so as I was told it would take and had my car back in half that time. Will definitely be my go to service department going forward.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!Customers should feel good about spending their hard earned money so DONT spend it here! Purchased an extended warranty then decided to sell the truck. Still waiting and waiting and waiting for our refund. Called and was assured the refund check was being issued. Never came. Jesus will walk the earth again by the time I see my refund from this Mickey Mouse operation.

John was wonderful in service. Rob was awesome with ending my lease and buying my wrangler. Patsy was absolutely amazing. I’ll never buy a Jeep anywhere else. My mom and grandparents have used you guys for 30 years.

I purchased an extended warranty service contract one day while in for service. Of course, the first time it I had a problem when the warranty was expired the extended warranty did not cover it, so needless to say I sold the vehicle I applied for my remaining refund; not chump change thousands of dollars this was in may it is now late August well over 90 days and I still haven't received a refund. I've talk to finance multiple times. I've talk to management multiple times every time. It's a different excuse another run around. I contacted the extended service company. They told me it was canceled in May that I should receive the refund by now. Needless to say, don't buy an extended warranty, especially not at Ron Lewis.

I will never go here again. I've bought two vehicles from here . Went to get my jeep inspected, they lied and hadn't even take my tires off and told me things were wrong with it that weren't .

My first experience at this dealership was great! I left a message to set up appointment and got an appointment the very next day. Everyone was friendly and my car was done in reasonable timing. I will definitely be a returning customer.
