Worst place ever they are liars and don't do what they say won't cover warranty that was suppose to last until the vehicle was paid off but instead they started the warranty from the day the vehicle was made not when I bought it 3 years later so now after something went wrong they won't cover it they are all liars and thiefs also don't believe a word NICKY GLASS says they are all lies I will never buy another vehicle or even have one serviced at this place thanks for nothing shultz

I bought my car a few years ago here and like getting work done on it here. They're really good in getting you in and out very quickly. The waiting area is nice and id you're staying there while they do the work I recommend bringing something with you.

I was only looking at first & seen Shultz had more vehicles in stock than most Ford dealerships around. I inquired online & got a response fairly quick. I was chatting with Maria via email for days. She was very quick & responsive to my wants & needs in a Explore I was looking for. I then went to the dealership and everything was seemingly simple. Staff super nice! From salesman, finance & above. This dealership went well above & beyond to make me happy. It's hard to find dealerships who care & listen to a customer. My salesman Erick I highly recommend!! I am a very pleased owner of a 22 Ford Explore Platinum.

I had a terrible experience with this dealer, and unfortunately after speaking with the owner Richard Bazzy, it does not seem like he takes his customers complaints seriously. When I tried to reach out to explain the terrible treatment I received from his employees, he replied in less than a few hours, and vehemently defended his employees. He simply said it was a misunderstanding, and they did not mean to treat me wrong. It is important to investigate customer service issues, because word of mouth spreads fast, and it seems from these reviews that poor customer service, and harsh/rude treatment is not uncommon for Shultz Ford. There service department also was not able to solve my issues, so I had to take it to another dealer in order to get my air conditioner fixed. This dealer is also much more expensive than other dealerships I have visited. I would recommend you avoid Shults Ford at all costs.

Awful experience with this dealership. Unfortunately I bought my Work van via Shultz Ford dealership. Car is as described no problem there. I wish they wouldn't try to sell you all this unnecessary ad ONS and just try to listen to the customer wants and needs. I got sold on extended warranty- paid about $3000 extra because the guy said it's a work van so he "highly recommend" it. Unfortunately he forgot to mention that when you actually need the service department to repair or even look at your car you'll have to wait about 7-10 days just for them to diagnose the problem. Obviously it's not realistic for anyone that work with there car to wait 7-10 days for the service department to look at your car. Had to take my car to outside mechanic and pay out of pocket. Side note, I have never called and was actually able to speak to a person- always leave us a message we'll call you back. Never again.

I had a scheduled service appointment at Shultz Ford Harmarville. I dropped my car off at 7:30 am. It was to be done by 3:00. They called me at 2:00 and said my car had not even been looked at yet. I was told that could not do the minor service I needed that day, and I would need to bring the car back another day. What?! Like everyone, I need my car everyday! I retrieved my car without so much of an apology or any service follow up! These people are so arrogant! Stay away!

These people NEVER answer the phone!! Even when they have your vehicle!!!! Then if you ask the service people a question they all give the same answer "we will do the 6 point check and let you know"....$$$ Useless!!!

Buyer Beware, I was quoted a lease for $399 a month on a F150 for 36 months no money down, and then when I tried to lease it, I was told the manager made a mistake and it was $100 more a month. This price was emailed to me and discussed multiple times just to get me in there. If they had any honor they would have given me the price. We all make mistakes but this was a bait and switch!

Had a great experience with the sales team - Jack Vaughan was patient and knew all the details that made my truck trade and purchase super efficient and easy. I left feeling like I knew exactly what happened and that I got a good deal. Really top notch service from start to finish. Will definitely be back for service etc.
