Waited for service for over 10 minutes at the counter. One teller working and busy with a lengthy transaction while other bank personnel seemed busy making small talk with one another. When I asked if someone else could help me I was told I'd have to wait. I left and went to the Irwin branch where customer support and appreciation seemed much better.

This is an interesting and unusual PNC Bank location. It does not look like your typical branch that you may have seen and have become accustom to. This is located in the Forest Hills section along Ardmore Blvd.As I stated this is not your typical branch as it sits in a high rise building. I honestly zoomed past this on a regular and completely forgot there was a bank located within. But because of my vehicular banking and taking a detour home from work brought me here one night.I came to do my drive thru banking and the interesting thing about this location is that they have an ATM island out in the parking lot. It seems out of place and it feels like it chops up the parking lot. But let me tell you, it really works. The flow of traffic works. And, if you visit like I did on a rainy night, has an awning to protect you from the elements. Touch screen and easy to use. No envelopes necessary.

Had fraudulent charges posted to my debit card. Called to dispute and after an investigation PNC is only offering me a partial credit. First thing Monday I am closing my checking, savings, and moving my mortgage. They are no better than the thieves who compromised my card.

Called three separate times today, couldn't be bothered to answer their phone. No busy signal, either. Must be severely short staffed on Thursdays.

I was heading home from the city and really needed to open a bank account and was told to schedule an appt. They were more concerned with closing in 45 minutes than gaining a customer.

Everytime I come to the branch on Ardmore boulevard the service is horrible. Can't do basic banking without an attitude and I believe myself to be very calm and laid back. Sadly the branches where I've gotten excellent service have been closed or will be closed soon. Penn Hills Saxonbug road has very nice tellers and Buelah Road was an excellent place as well. I will continue to go to other locations farther away in search of good customer service.

By far the worst PNC branch I've ever visited. The bankers seemed friendly and efficient, however, they didn't do something they claimed and I had to correct their error. And reverse a fee, with an online chat. One of the tellers is all manner of unfriendly. Sandy hair, female, sympathetic as a viper and just complains all the time. This time ended up with her, left, circled and came back. Not nice! :( US mail box is duct taped shut...they fired all the notaries .... so only sign documents they produced. Won't even witness. SAD!
