I am an elderly female with a very powerful Pitbull which is not friendly with other dogs. She is fantastic with people as long as they do,not try to hurt me. The trainer and floor associates recognized me immediately outside and for warned me of large number of dogs inside store. I was ready to cancel her needed rabies shot and try for another time when they very quickly stepped forward to assist me in getting the shot accomplished. Their concern and overall kindness with both me and my pet Lady was amazing and definitely not part of their job discription or my expectations. They made sure my pet was weighed then vet and assistant cared for her and gave her her needed shot in grooming are using outside entrance for me to enter. Then I went to,pay and trainer stepped forward to stay with Lady so I could go into store and do this. Great experience which I almost believed To be an impossible accomplishment that they made possible for me and my Fur Baby with as little stress as posssible. They are amazing and I definitely will continue to my food and treat purchases from them and will continue with my Petco Vital Care Premier membership. I will also highly recommend this Petco to others.

I came to the century 3 Petco today after work . I shop between the waterfront and this one . I did some shopping for my Bronny today. I was so pleased with the service that I got from Terry. This was the 1st time from this Petco that I was really pleased. I had to look at my receipt when I got home to see what her name was. She helped me with my Petco app in my phone . She was very helpful, she didn't rush me along. Because they were busy. She had a lot of patients. Thanks Terry I really appreciate you, Wish there were more workers like you who take pride in their job. Hope you get to see this.

NEVER purchase fish from this store!! There were several tank systems that contained fish that were "not for sale" due to having Ich, and the store associate assured me the Pleco I was buying from a different tank was safe and healthy. Turns out it was not healthy and in fact did have Ich. The pleco died within a week of purchase but at that point it was too late and infected my entire communal tank of expensive cichlids. My entire tank has now died and they offered me absolutely nothing. I've purchased all my other fish from Elmers in Monroeville and had no issues with any of them. I only went to Petco for convenience of it being close to home and little did I know that convenience would cost me hundreds of dollars and a lot of sadness in losing all my fish friends.

Took my 11 week old pup to get microchipped and it was fast and easy! Very affordable as well!!

This is the pet store that we go to if we need a quick nail trim for our dog or when CoVid first started we ran out of dog food and before we joined chewy were able to grab a bag to last us, along with a few toys. We were actually planning a trip to my in-laws back around Columbus Day and wanted to get our French bulldog's nails clipped and his ears done prior to going, I think they call this a mini spa. They were able to accommodate us, and get us in the same day, without hesitation. The way it was only about 15 minutes, and it was just long enough for me to look around the store and he was finished. The groomer that did his ears and nails was very nice, we actually talked when he was done getting groomed about her dogs as well. We will defiantly be going back.

VERY HELPFUL VERY FRIENDLY WORKERS .....HIGH QUALITY CAT FOOD.....GOOD ADOPTIONS....I DON'T APPROVE OF THE SELLING OF ANY ANIMALS FROM ANY STORE RATHER PETCO OR PETSMART ETC...BUT EXTREMLY HELPFUL, KIND, GOOD WORKERS AND GOOD PRODUCTS

I used to shop here for all of our dog and cat needs. In the past 6 months they have reduced their grooming services hours and they never seem to have the products in stock that we need (dog food and cat food). Please fix it.

I don't shop this location often but I know walking in that I will have great customer service and great prices. This store is set up a little different than the Petco we normally shop at but it is still easy to find what you need. I like VE that they have cats that can be adopted. Cats are like chips-you can't have just one. For some people it's easier for them to get to a retail store than a Rescue. I appreciate the fact that Petco is helping fur babies find homes. I also appreciate that Petco has several locations in my city so no matter where I am I can stop by one. Plus no matter which one I shop at I get points. Big Bonus for a family with 4 pets.
