We're struggling to figure out why my car was sputtering. taller gentleman with black hair came outside using the code scanner, helped me diagnose the problem and gave me a lot of good advice and knowledge. Even waited with me as I popped the hood to test spark plug wires. I'm back to firing on 4 cylinders!!! I can not thank this man enough

I have been in this store a few times over the last month or so...and each time that I've been in there...Madison has really gone out of her way to make sure that i was getting the right part that i needed for my car...She is super friendly...and really professional...I highly recommend this location...All of the guys on the team are very helpful!!

I love this O'Reilly the manger Jeff is the best he is very knowledgeable about cars and everyone that works there is so nice the store is so clean that do great customer service and very fast at fixing cars

Super friendly and helpful! Had a weird issue with my car door and needed to fix it asap. Glad I stopped here. The manager let me double check the tool was the right size before I purchased it and even though the screw I needed wasn't in stock I was able to get a temporary fix. I'm not local but if I were this would be my trusted spot for repair items!!

Went for oil and filter, not much choice on Dexos 5W-30, but did have it, only one option for filter I needed and the guy couldn't find it, so got oil and no filter....guy at the counter is probably very new to the car business....but was nice and willing to try and help....

Nick wasn't much help last night.He seemed to complain that we were asking questions and asking for directions. when he walked away from us he used sarcastic words and we heard that. Disappointed!

I was always taught to change my own oil and tires growing up, but when I moved to Pittsburgh, I got a little scared to do work on my car without any supervision. I walked into O'Reilly's one day to pick up headlights for my car and immediately I could tell the employees actually cared about helping me and not just getting a big sale. They helped me find all the items I needed and even offered to change my headlights for me FOR FREE. I was overjoyed. I have recommended this location to so many people and I have been back so many times since. Whenever I have any car needs, I will always check here first! Everyone is so helpful and I love knowing that they genuinely want to help me instead of getting a sale.
