Came in to get an alignment and new tires put on. Job was done fast and everything turned out perfect. Thank you John and Lamar for your superb service. You guys were fast, friendly and did a wonderful job! Will recommend all my family and friends to come here if they need anything done!

Beware of outright shady and dishonest business practices. I'd rate 0 stars if possible. I'd purchased a Groupon good for high mileage synthetic oil, tire rotation, oil filter and FREE BRAKE INSPECTION. The Manager applied the Groupon code only to the FREE BRAKE INSPECTION clearly listed at the bottom of what's included with your oil change, then charged me $80 for the oil change in store but tried to tell me the charges were for 2 extra quarts of oil (which I knew I'd need) and "shop fees". More like a ransom fee. Didn't even get the tire rotation. Go elsewhere!

Came here later on a Sunday because my tire was leaking. Was afraid they wouldn't be able to help because it was so close to the end of the work day. But they were awesome. John was so considerate and both him and the technician who patched my tire were amazing. I was in and out in under half an hour! Would highly recommend them.

TLDR: Rude and incompetent, charged for services never performed. Took my vehicle here for a tire repair and oil change on 7.2.24 since it was close and had a 4.7 rating. Tire was completely flat. I dropped the car off and four hours later I called to check on the status. They indicated it was fixed. I paid and left (after we waited in the lobby for 30 minutes to checkout). The next day, the tire was flat again. I returned that day (7.3) late in the afternoon around 5:45 hoping to see if they had time to fix before driving on the holiday. I didn’t expect them to have time. The mechanic said that his shift was over in 15 minutes and that he could not take it. Instead of simply saying that, the mechanic then got rude with my wife when she simply asked why the website indicated that the shop is open until 7.
Anyway, not the total end of the world and I had no intention of writing a review. We then took it to the Monro in Mt Lebanon. They were extremely helpful and took us in even though they were booked. It turns out the same screw was still in the same tire and that there was no indication of any other tire repairs. They simply didn’t do it (just filled up the tire and left it like that) yet it was still on the receipt and I was charged for it.

So, so helpful. These fellas replaced my exhaust system within a day’s time which allowed me to make the drive to & from NC safely ? not only are they incredibly competent, they’re honest and kind. I highly recommend.
