Azea who works at the Beechview Metro office is awesome ..any time I have a phone issue..he is patient and respectful..and every time I go in there he teaches me more about my phone I didn't know ..and that's from someone who is not electronically intelligent ! Give this man a raise ..he's earned it !!

My friend got sold a display phone with a jacked up screen as "new" here. He was replacing a broken phone, and actually downgraded, yet got charged an upgrade fee n a few other fees I've never received from metro. Shady. Avoid the beechveiw store, they gonna be closed soon lol

The guy is really nice knowledgeable and personable. He goes over and beyond to make you a customer and retain your services. This is the only metro store I go to when I need anything.

This place will lie to you about every promotional deal that's online on TV everywhere but will lie and say you have to be charged more and I heard him saying on the phone walking back in thinking I forgot something laughing about how he just ripped off this white dude and she also said to his friend on the phone yeah yeah man he just left we're going to party tonight

Terrible service. The employees are scam artists that change the prices as they see fit and not in the customers favor. I went in to buy a phone case for my ZTE phone and he sold me a case that wasn't the right one telling me that it was. When I went back to return it he didn't want to give my money back. He tried to make me exchange it with a store credit. Horrible store
