I was very pleased with the care and attention that was given to my cat during a recent visit. The vet tech and vet were both very friendly and explained everything clearly. Unfortunately, like everything else these days, the price was exorbitant. Oh well.

Hello, I had the unfortunate task of taking my car here for a badly infected paw. The whole staff there were so nice that it just didn't seem real, and the Dr. Who I had was very nice and explained everything very well and detailed, she's a godsend. I've been to another vet before coming here, and I'll never go anywhere else again but right here.

Everyone has always been so very nice at Hart's Run. It's very clean, and run efficiently. The doctors seem to relate well to the pets. Both Isadora (the cat)and I are pleased with our experiences here.

Everyone at Harts Run is very helpful and kind. It is clear that the vet techs here love animals. My dog can be a little hesitant about meeting new people but she warmed up to all the techs there very quickly! She recently had surgery there which required a lot of coordinating lab work, follow ups, etc and everyone has been so helpful in facilitating this.

Every now and then I make a poor decision. I took my two new kittens to a veterinary chain. I thought it would be more “convenient”. One of my kittens is not doing so well and the only real help from the “chain” was to throw antibiotics at the issue, rather than working to understand the underlying issue. Having been a client of Harts Run for years with previous cats, I knew immediately the error of my ways and made an appointment at Harts Run. What a difference. The vet took a lot of time with me to talk through all of my kitten’s symptoms. We discussed what it could be, both the not so bad and the really bad, and produced a plan for treatment. Note: antibiotics were not part of the treatment plan. The entire staff at Harts Run is top notch. I learned my lesson. There is no other vet for me. I wholeheartedly and with fervor recommend Harts Run.
