We bought new sofa and loveseat from big lots recently. Excellent communication with us. The two Ellis fellas who took away our old stuff and brought our new pieces in were great! Had a couch delivered. They called when they were on the way, were polite, brought our furniture in undamaged. Can't ask for more.

Ellis Moving was recommended by Big Lots to deliver my couch. The delivery men were friendly and professional. I would use Ellis Moving again.Their delivery window was 12-4 but were available virtually any day. They called at 10:30 and had it delivered and assembled by noon.

I wish I checked the reviews before I used this company. Everything was great until the actual day of delivery. They called at 10am, said they would be about 90 minutes...never showed at 11:30. At 12:30 they called and said GPS would put them at the store at 1:10 and they'd deliver shortly after that. At 2:15, I texted James and told him they weren't there yet. His text back was by mistake as he meant to text his drivers and asked them why they didn't do my area first. He then made a sarcastic remark like he couldn't care less (which he probably didn't). I then asked several times what the discount would be since I wasted a whole day waiting for them and no response. They finally showed up at 3pm and still no response from the owner about a discount. As soon as I said I would pay the fee and dispute it with my credit card company, he all of a sudden replied. They are unprofessional, unreliable and most of all, don't do what they say they're going to do. Anyone can brag that they'll deliver within 48 hours but that's just not true. I've talked to Big Lots about recommending them as well as my credit card company.

They squeezed us in between scheduled deliveries the day we bought our furniture from CORT. Very quick, professional, pleasant, and accommodating.

When I called for a furniture delivery they delivered it the very next day. The 2 young men who came were personable and professional. I felt bad for them because I have alot of steps and it was bedroom furniture. Thank you for a great experience! Will definitely call them again when the need arises!

I hired them to pickup furniture purchased at BigLots. The men dropped my two huge dressers in the dining room and said that was as far as they could go because of COVID. That was new news and not okay. They charged me the full delivery fee $88 and my husband and I had to get both dresser upstairs alone. If your service has change so should your prices.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They only accept cash so that they take no liability for any damage, slowing up late, and so it cant be tracked. This company was scheduled to deliver our furniture at 1pm, then at 2pm told us a half hour, then 1.5 hours later called to say another hour.. we rescheduled. Then same thing the next time; they gave us a 1-5 window. 5pm no call, finally get a hold of them to hear 30 minutes, then showed up 1 hour 15 minutes later. We asked for a discount and a phone number for the owner because after multiple attempts we never received a call back. They swore at us and took off with our furniture... which we later found damaged at the store. To top off the worst movers experience, the driver hit my car with their Enterprise rental truck, sliced up the side of my car and ran! Now I'm in an insurance battle because the lying and fraudulent owner is denying the claim. All Better Buisness Bureau reviews are negative.
