Got an estimate for bumper. Was told they would call me when the bumper came in. I called several times over the coarse of 2 months. They said, we’ll call you when it comes in. Should be here by the end of the month. It’s been 9 months now since I was told “end of the month”. I never heard back from them

Elite Collision was recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint. My car was pretty badly damaged in an accident, but when I got it back it was like brand new. They did such a great job. I went back a second time years later for a different car because I never forgot how happy they made me & they did another great job. I will recommend Elite to anyone who needs repairs. Also, Keith is wonderful to work with. He made the process such a breeze & he is very kind.

I am very upset with my experience here at Elite Collision. I had gotten hit and initially decided to come here due to the great Google reviews, but I feel like I have had to fight to get the service I deserve.When my car was “finished,” I had a chance to look over the 10 page receipt and noticed that they charged me for a completely new light and labor on the light (which was over $800) and it was clear that they had just buffed it out. I called Keith (the owner) and he said “whoops, we forgot to let you know that we ordered the light and it’s on back order and it will be here on October 21st.” Well on October 31st (yes, 10 days later), I had to call and ask where it was, he stated that it just came in “yesterday” but he was out of the office so he didn’t notify me. Now, I do not know if he would have ever called me if the part actually came in or if he would’ve just returned it and pocketed the money, but he was charging me UPFRONT for labor and a part that they hadn’t even received yet. I also think he just forgot to let me know that the part came in, which is just unprofessional.Services: Body & Trim
