Took my 4 wheel drive truck there for 2 tires to be replaced and an inspection. They put 2 tires of the wrong size on my 4 wheel drive truck and called me to tell me it was ready but making strange noises when they took it for a test drive! I said it wasn’t doing that before. They basically said well and to come and get it. When I got there and drove off the noise was so terrible I thought a tire would come off or I would break down, my truck was shaking and everything I was terrified. I instantly turned around and went back to Deckers! They checked it out again and come to find out they put the wrong size tires on the back! Causing my 4wheel drive to act up! They ended up giving me 2 more tires that were the same size to fix the problem they caused! and were upset with me as if it was my mistake instead of theres. Then I failed the inspection because my fog light needed replaced. I went and got that fixed and they told me I could come back for my sticker that I was already charged for but when I went back they refused to give me the sticker claiming that I have to pay again because I got free “used” tires! They are rude and have people working there that don’t know what they’re doing and don’t double check their work! And they are scam artist! I would never give them my service again!

Closes at 5:00 PM on Sunday and the pumps are shut off. No sign on the pump so I didn't know. Swiped my card at the pump and no gas came out. The next couple of days, My card was charged over $10.00 and they would not refund it. Said the bank would reverse it. A NEW SCAM?!!!
