Quick, friendly, and honest service. I've used this place several times over the years for watch battery replacement and minor repairs for my watch that I did not even buy there. I would recommend.

Bought first green e.l big watch digital and had 5 batteries put in. Then had to purchase new one for 39.99 battery died in that one had new battery put in it died. Then come for another watch and now they want 50 for the new one even though it say 39 on it and now you have to pay 49 even though it says 39? What a ripped off store don't buy here

The owner/service gentleman waited on me, I took my Fiance's watch here, to have two links of her new watch band, I purchased at J. C. Penney, removed. Two watches of my own, to have the batteries replaced and have an old Velcro watch band that I like, changed onto another watch! I also purchased a new watch, for myself, that almost matches, identically to my Fiance's, total for all this, was less than $100.00! Good conversation while all repairs or replacements were being done! Thank You Sir!

I stopped by today at the Robinson mall to have my watch resized, the gentleman working handled my watch poorly over and over. He dropped it multiple times on the counter and while he was removing a link he then put the face of the watch on the glass resulting in scratches.

Not a service or repair facility. Incorrectly identified my pocket watch as a "winding" model. Could not open my watch to replace the battery. The employee handled my watch roughly, and did not know to close the watch.
