Female pharmacist is Extremely Rude didn't have mask or gloves on when touching medication. Ignored the lead pharmacist chad. Screams at elderly patients, makes them wait 1hour and a half for no reason. She needs gone need no stars

I was in the area and needed some cough drops. I generally go to CVS in my area for all my prescriptions. I was in East Liberty so I just decided to get the cough drops while I was there. They do have there own parking lot which is nice. the store was a bit run down and not that large. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

I don't usually come into this store because they are always so busy and there's not enough help and this evening was no exception. However I will give them kudos for getting another customer service cashier person to ring up so that the line moved relatively quickly. However they left a vacuum cleaner cord out where people were stepping on it over it and tripping on it please be careful. Again I am thankful that I didn't have to wait in line too long however Safety First they didn't seem too concerned that people were tripping over this which could have been a major Hazard and huge safety issue.

My boyfriend had a severe reaction to bee sting yesterday and spent several hours in the hospital. He was given a prescription for EpiPen for emergencies. We were both alarmed when we found out how expensive they were and were worried he wouldn't be able to afford it. The pharmacist there went through different programs and was able to get us an equivalent at a very reasonable price. It was wonderful he took the extra time to help us out.
