Brought in a pair of boots that just needed heel caps. They were done by the next day, polished and with completely reglued heels. They look amazing. Friendly staff and very fair prices.

I wear crepe soles boots and those of you who have them know the soles don't last very long especially if you want to keep some tread on them. This place repairs them quickly and always does nice work. You can get your boots resoled for 1/3 to 1/2 the price of a new pair. Plan on leaving them for a couple days and they'll return ready to go.

I love this little shop! They are friendly and welcoming and do excellent work at a fair price. I’ve returned several times since I moved here, and they have saved at least three pairs of shoes for me—the stretch they did on two pairs of leather boots left them incredibly comfortable. No more blisters! ALL the stars!

This place rocks! If you need leather shoes repaired, this is the place! We came in for an event from out of town and they kindly helped us with a high heel replacement. It also has so many unique shoe accessories and upkeep items for unbelievable prices. I noticed many steel toed boots in some sizes for an incredible bargain. There’s a pair of size 13 steel toed boots, for an example, in the window marked $60 and made in USA! Their workmanship goes back to rich history in the family with photos on the wall to prove it. Famous people all signed photographs to Frank for the shoe store’s wizardry. The person who helped us with a pair of heels for my wife that were broken did it while we waited and honestly found root cause of the issue where a screw was loose under the liner. They also do full sole and heel replacement to save a nice pair of shoes vs tossing. I just love places like this that are the backbone of America’s rich history of people like Frank and his cobbler team that really do things right and are kind! Try it, you’ll like it.

Extremely good work, friendly service, amazing price. Brought in my precious platform boots and they had the soles fixed within a day for a very affordable price. They even polished them and made them look better than ever! Going to be my cobbler service for the rest of time.

We are visiting family in PA, and walking through the airport in Denver my shoe broke. My husband and I walked in to Crafton Shoe Service, and within 20 minutes I walked out with a fixed shoe! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the price was unbeatable. I could tell immediately that they have a very loyal customer base, and I can see why. It looks like they not only repair shoes, but also purses. I may bring a bag of leather goods that need repair on our next trip!

I took my boots in a while back to be re-soled and they put the wrong material on the back heel, so I've now got less traction with them. Hopefully I can get this fixed so they're effective for rain and mud again.

I had a pair of boots resoled here. It's been some time since I have had boots fixed, my old cobbler closed. For the cost $130 total I should get another 3 years out of them, as they are work boots. Turn around about a week, and they even stripped and polished them. As a veteran, I say they did a nice job on the boots.
