The Indian guy from the store should be fired there’s no way that he made mistake and I couldn’t even get my money back for it. I paid $80 for a router I couldn’t even use and only got $41 back from it and the lady who had nothing to do with it offered to pay me out of HER (she deserves a raise) pocket and shouldn’t even have had to do that. (Wilkinsburgh location)

They close at 8pm. We walked in an sh said she closed out her register. Yet she had the store doors unlocked and open. That is a serious security issue for her and herself. We were not able to purchase a phone for my 14 year old grandson. As I promised him.

This more to Boost mobile Customer service. I tried to get an issue resolved and it took over an hour on the phone to speak to a human. If you ask for an E-Mail or physical address to write a complaint they will not give you one! *** Most importantly: What happens in there stores stays in there stores Most important * What happens in there stores stays in there stores * Boost main company didn't seen to have control. Overall I have been with them for a while, but this bad experience with customer service is prompting me to change. It has been mostly laziness that has kept me there this long!
